Revision: Was told multiple times throughout the sales process that my 2014 Mazda CX-9 had a new engine and transmission. It was the primary reason I decided to purchase the vehicle. Was also told because of this to bring it in should any issues occur. Engine completely failed within 3 months. When I asked about coverage for the new engine, was told it had expired a long time ago. I requested associated receipts for purchase and installation of the new engine and transmission multiple times and dealer hasn’t responded to any requests. Until they are provided, I can only assume the condition of the vehicle was fraudulently misrepresented in order to get the sale. Will update again should dealer respond.
