All paperwork, take me to the bank, changed oil and filter for my car to start fresh track of the miles out of the door. I had problem with my glove box opening and he told me to go back to fix it. We Couldn’t have asked for friendlier service. We were in our vehicle with keys in hands and tag on car in less than 2 hours. My down payment was a little more than I would’ve liked it to be but given my credit or lack thereof we understand. My payments are where I need them to be. Although our vehicle was purchased used it had only one previous owner so it had low Miles 73k and the is immaculate... inside and out .. we have referred your dealership to several of my friends. Got a new job and found myself needing reliable transportation for work. Wife and 3 kids so I’m definitely on a budget. I needed to get the most for my money. Got tired of dealers not having the car they were advertising. Then I found Expert Auto Group. They HAD the car they were advertising. They had ALL the cars they were showing on their website. From the moment I got there Jay was fantastic showing all the cars that were in my price range. It was nice to be able to be up front about want to pay cash for the car. After a couple of test drives and confirmation from the Mrs we ended up with a beautiful 2012 Passat in near perfect condition. Sam was fantastic helping up through the paperwork.
