My car has been in the family for almost 20 years and still in excellent shape thanks to this team. My wife and I just purchased a brand new 2026 sedan from Fields Lexus in Glenview. The gentleman, Keith Tennyson, who sold it to us did a great job of doing so! We had given Keith a down payment on the new model last year; and we were hoping it would have come out sooner, but Keith made us comfortable for several months that Lexus was doing a great job of making sure the new sedan would be perfect for us. When we picked it up from Keith last week we could tell right away he was perfectly right. This is the second Lexus vehicle we have purchased from Keith; and, I will definitely be looking for Keith next year when I trade in my SUV for a new one. Sincerely, Jack Woodruff

Thank you, James. I’m willing to discuss this, but I’d like to keep our communication in writing so there’s no confusion. I drove over three hours to purchase this vehicle because I trusted that it was a Lexus Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. My concern is how the mismatched paint and other issues could have been missed during the certification process. I’m hoping we can find a fair way to address these concerns and come to a resolution.
