Excellent service, excellent repair. Makinda, as a service rep., goes above and beyond. As a woman, I am treated with respect. Constant communication with what is being taken care of with my car. Valet service if requested. I didn't have any way to get my car as it had been towed so Malinda arranged for someone to drive it to my home. Highly recommend this dealership! It totally destroys the myth about how dealerships treat you and they do not rip you off! Will continue to bring my car tgere for service and repairs!

The service on my car was exactly what I expected. I waited about 1 1/2 hrs. just as I expected, but when I was told that I needed 4 new tires and I would have to wait another 2 hours, I wasn't happy. But--- then Kevin told me that I could get a ride home and then Lexus would also deliver my car. I consider this very good service.
