Our five star review today is specifically for Howard Meron, a very talented technology specialist, who came out to our home today and synced a garage door opener with our car. We had many questions about our new RX 350. and he graciously and thoroughly explained the safety features and technology on the car. He is an excellent teacher and made the whole process fun. The staff was both helpful and courteous when I arrived at the dealership. They had my car to do 5000 star maintenance and a recall. My car was returned, clean and in a timely manner. Thank you for being kind. I would highly recommend them.

Recently had regular service on my car. The service on the car was fine, loaner car was good. Dealing with the service agent was not great. I confirmed the phone number to reach me at check in. Never heard from anyone. I called in the afternoon to see the status- and a different agent said he had called me an hour and a half ago and couldn’t reach me. He had called some unknown phone number. It was very annoying. When I picked up my car, I had a third agent. It was very inconvenient for me to come that late- not enough attention to detail. The service has not been as good since this dealership changed hands.

My service was as usual great. This is my 4th car from this dealership. Goes back to when Marty Bredeman owned it. I’m very satisfied, and love the cafe and the Irish chef. Good food and he’s entertaining 😊
