Nice n easy
I bought many vehicles over my lifetime and very few were good experiences. This time out was no different until I walked into DCH Toyota of Milford. Upon entering I received two warm and welcoming greetings. One of those greetings was from a young salesman Kevin Dasilva, who did not hit me with any of the sales lingo that usually makes me start thinking of how soon I can get out of here. I knew vehicle I wanted Kevin brought it up and we took it for a test ride. Honesty describes is presentation whereby there were no false statements or exaggerations to make a sale. How resfreshing is to not be sold. The negotiations and going through the finance office was unbelievably pleasant, smooth and speedy. Thank you Kevin and DCH TOYOTA of Milford.

Would not recommend
I had gone there a few months back just looking to see what kind of car I was interested in and I had found a Kia very similar to my fiancés and I absolutely LOVED it (but did not NEED it because I had a perfectly good car). I told my salesman that I wanted to have my fiancé look at it before even considering buying it, to which he mostly understood. I had noticed when someone was driving it back into the parking lot that the breaks sounded ROUGH so I definitely needed my fiancé to take a look at it. When I wouldn't put a $500 deposit down on a car that I figured would need some work and I wasn't really even there to buy the same day, my salesman proceeded to slowly walk away from me, and tell me that I was the one that drove all the way down there and I didn't have to be there...and that he gets paid to be there and I don't. I had made my intentions clear from the beginning and was stunned when he said that to me. If it had not been for his attitude I would have most definitely came back. I now own that exact car with lower miles, and paid about $4,000 less than I would have at DCH Milford. I'm sure if I hadn't of been by myself things would have worked out differently so for that reason I will leave the salesman unnamed in hopes that maybe he isn't that way with everyone he meets. Always a Great Experience
DCH doesn’t disappoint. They are always striving to provide an excellent user experience - from the very clean and comfortable facilities, friendly staff -including Dwight who’d greeted me on my car drop off to shuttling me around that day, service priced to accommodate my budget - and to top it off - a shout-out to Mackenzie for going Above and Beyond. Purchased a Highlander and Camry
The whole sales process was very low key and not pushy at all, Hany, my salesman, listened carefully to my wishes and made appropriate suggestions as to which model to choose that would meet my desires at the lowest cost. When he delivered the Highlander it was ready and he took the time to make sure my wife and I had a thorough understanding of the features that we didn't have on our old highlander.

He has an extremely friendly personality and a wonderful, contagious smile mixed with a lot of positive energy and a heavy emphasis on customer service in wanting everything to be perfect, in a timely manner. Jim & I thoroughly enjoyed our time with Kevin. He made our purchase of my husband's 2015 white, Toyota Tacoma Limited truck seamless, non-stressful, and with a lot of good humor!
