Ron was great, every time I go in to the store he helps

Ron was great, every time I go in to the store he helps me get things figured out. Brian is also really great to work with he has such a great attitude and is very welcoming

Everything was good all round.

Everything was good all round. Except when they said I needed new spark plugs when I just got them replaced 2 months before oil change.

My usual service representative where not present, the

My usual service representative where not present, the person that helped me was very nice I just dis not feel that she was very informed and the process was not as smooth as usual. I am usually more informed about what is wrong with my car, the correct pricing and where my car is I n the process.

Pleasant waiting area, polite and helpful customer

Pleasant waiting area, polite and helpful customer service. Immediate attention and prompt waiting time. Beverages and snacks provided and was given text with rep for notices of car condition. Complimentary wash was a bonus.
