Do not buy from this dealership- they have poor customer service and they refused to give me a refund for a deposit on a car that has a lot of mechanical issues. I had a deposit on a car that i intended to purchase but decided (within hours) that the vehicle needed to much work and i was afraid that i would have a lemon on my hands. the dealership refused to refund the deposit....In addition, the customer service after i made the decision was terrible... they did not listen to my concerns at all...

Super great experience
I had a great experience at Interauto. Matty helped me with my questions and was able find the right car for me. I would definitely refer them to a friend.

Sketchy
Customer Service was nonexistent. We had an appt time and were on time, the salesman we were waiting for never came out to find us. Another man found him. Car needed work, and we were willing to buy if work was done. He said he 250 other cars there and no time to do things like that to all cars. Lugnuts and bolts were missing on more cars than not. The whole place gave a sketchy vibe. Waste of half our day.

Good vehicles at good prices!
I found a vehicle online, there was a few things I noticed wrong with the SUV (I'm a car guy). Azek helped me from start to finish, everything came out great. He answered and helped me even while he was at a family function. Now I have a great suv that the kids and wife enjoy. Thanks Azek

Drove out of state to find what I was looking for - a Prius C. The one I bought from Inter Auto MA was "close" to the right price - disappointed that there was no negotiating, especially since I was paying cash; Matty explained the pricing to me, and went above and beyond to get my paperwork done as fast as possible - it was a busy three days for the dealership. Only one setback, and that was due to an issue with my initial deposit not processing; once I showed proof that the bank paid the charge, they went ahead and sent the title overnight.

Very Incompetent Staff, May Put You In Danger
Protect yourselves, buyers. VERY incompetent staff- make sure to bring your own OBDII reader. Just looked at a 2008 Nissan Xterra- salesmen had "no clue" that 4/6 sparkplugs were out and there was a cylinder misfire. Then proceeded to ask me if I still wanted to test drive it, AFTER I let him know there was a misfire. I asked about the radiator being replaced and the guy had no information at all on the vehicle's history. They wanted $8500 for it. At least put a little effort into your sales?

BEWARE
I purchased a vehicle from Interauto and it has been one of the worst car buying experiences. Prior to purchasing there were some minor issues that were “fixed” when I picked it up including the check engine light. We recently discovered that one issue that I was assured was fixed, was never touched. I picked up over a week after paying full in cash and drove it home. Immediately I felt shaking (amongst other small issues), I contacted them and had to bring it back twice (just to be sent up to town fair tire). The shaking continued then about 2 weeks later the check engine light comes back on. Come to find out, they did not fix the issue, only cleared the code then took it to a neighboring business and had a sticker put on (without my knowledge). They now want me to pay to fix a problem that has been occurring since before I purchased the vehicle. The vehicle is not covered because it’s over 30 days. Alex (he refuses to speak to me on the phone) refused to offer me any kind of discount or help even though he was aware of the problem and verbally told me everything was fixed. Now I’m driving an unsafe vehicle and have to find a way to put an additional $1000+ of work into this car. I strongly recommend having any vehicle you are considering purchasing brought to a trusted mechanic prior to any purchase and I recommend getting the sticker done yourself. If I could give negative stars, I would. Update: sway bar link needs to be replaced and flex pipe (which I was told was fixed after purchasing) is broken and leaking. Neither of these two issues would’ve suddenly occurred with driving less than 2000 miles. Adding after the response from the dealership: I’m aware that the car had high miles however I did not hand you $9500 cash for a broken vehicle. The sway bar link needs to be replaced as that is most likely the cause of the shaking. Prior to purchasing, I was assured by YOUR car salesman that the flex pipe would be fixed as it is broken and leaking, it was not fixed and is most likely the cause of the issues with acceleration. When I bought it, it had 158,600 miles and when your dealership brought it for inspection, it had almost an additional 150 miles on it. Why was my car driven that amount of miles by your dealership after it was purchased? What code did you clear prior to bringing it for inspection? The check engine light went off after 2 weeks of me driving the car just for you to tell me I need a catalytic converter! How would that happen with driving less than 2000 miles? You knew what you were doing, look at the negative reviews with similar complaints. I purchased 11/28 and picked up over a week later due to it being “fixed,” I then contacted you 12/15 about the shaking, check engine light, tire pressure monitor system and the issues with the acceleration.

DONT BUY HERE!!! SCAMMERS / LiARS
They are liars and con artists…. Don’t believe any CarFax you receive from them. There was so much hidden damage and cover ups to the car. Straight up lied to my face about it. I’d give them ZERO stars if I could. I will be reporting them to the BBB and Cars.com and any other local business Authorities I can think of…
