STAY FAR AWAY! People said it use to be good but has gone WAY down hill. Went to see a specific car. Called and told them I would come to see it. They texted me the day of to come in and see it. I drive an hour there and hour back. I get there and they say it is being worked on. Not sure why you don't text me that but ok I will come back and see it. While they are fixing it they raise the price 2.5k over what it was listed for and told me I can't get the original price when they first wasted my time to come see it the first time. Scummy business move if you ask me. Don't waste your time.

Please do not get your car from this business. I was sold a car that they told me had no issues, and had lied on their driver’s form. Within days of leaving, my car was almost unusable. I brought back and they wanted to charge me $1.5K for all the problems that they should’ve had fixed. They will show you no remorse and pretend to be genuine. Begging you all not to buy from these people, beware.

They will sell you junk with a smile. I was sold a car with mechanical and electrical issues, some of which Carbox knew about and just never said anything to me. When I returned their piece of junk they wouldn't refund my deposits. Sold me a piece of junk, then even said they feel bad about it. Not bad enough to do right and refund me though.

I highly recommend carbon for a vehicle. I literally walked in here and had a car in less than two hours. The guys who works there are awesome neva asked me for too much of nothing to get a car. I appreciate all of u for giving me my favorite color car. Come to carbon u will definitely leave with a car of ur choice.
