😡Buyer Beware! OUTFOXED BY CARFOX!! bout 2015 Lincoln OCT2021. haven’t driven car a full 30dys & itsFeb 2022 stilLhaving issues. It VERY APPARENT they’re trading buying selling cars w/o maintenance. So far had to get a key fob, brakes/rotors, oil change, all filters, spark plugs, coils, battery, windshield wipers (minor), & now we NEED A DANG TRANSMISSION that will cost $6089 REALLY‼️ They knew something was wrong with this car when they sold it. This is the ultimate dishonesty. Should have known better when the place was a office and not an actual dealership, AND should’ve did due diligence and took the care to an actual delearship instead of take their word. We kept asking for the warranty and NEVER got it!! BEWARE BEWARE & stay from Carfox Auto of Tampa or you just may get outfoxed!!

Great place to do business with. Got a great deal on a new F150 and was in and out within 30 minutes. I am very happy I went to them.

The saleman was rude, egocentric and obviously did not want to sell the suv. I have never encountered a more disrespectful saleman ever. The suv had damage not clearly shown in picture and when mentioned, the dealer said don't buy it. We gladly didn't.

This guy added $1000.00 for no reason on a price quote. I seen he had scam reviews but thought I'd give it a try. He sure always has answers for his scam reviews lol. On the final price quote he adds $999.00 for dealer services. So I complained and he text me back o my,,, sensitive Jeff he says, that's the way we do it in Florida. JUST SAYING ....... BE CAREFUL.!!!!!!!!

This place is all about ripping people off who work hard for there money! I bought a 2009 Cadillac CTS from the Tampa location, and didn’t mind paying extra on the car to help build mine amd my husband’s credit so we could buy a house! Our weekly payment was due on Saturday, so we wanted to wait until money to talk the supervisor to make sure our payment would be reported to the credit Bureau. Since not one of the previous 3 months of payments had been reported. Low and behold they repossed the vechile before our payment was even 24 hours late. Because we put down 3 thousand dollars, so they didn’t want to allow us to pay for the towing and even offered a months full payments. No they wanted the entire loan to be paid off. This place is a fraud just waiting on a chance to take advantage of the hard working American buyers! Not to mention I had a necklace with my sons ashes in the car, and I’ve heard nothing back from them about being able to get my sons ashes back. This business is built on fraud and just makes me sick to my stomach to think people really do this type of thing to good people! Please avoid going here it will only end in a huge headache
