I have to give Kunes Service Dept. 5 Stars. I had a mid-afternoon appointment for an oil change due to morning meetings and appointments which all ended early. On a chance they could squeeze me in early I gave the service department a call and inquired if I could come in 3 hours early for my oil change appointment. They did get me in despite being very busy and I was grateful. The staff was friendly and courteous and took the time to go over what was serviced on my vehicle. I would no issue recommending Kunes Service Deptartment. Thanks

Friendly service. clean lounge and restroom. Service people all very kind. They answered all my questions and explained how my Ram was repaired by the service tech.

The folks here are friendly. I had a problem after the purchase, but everyone stepped up to help. Especially, Mr. Andy Kirschenbaum, was there to see problem solved!

I have never had a worse experience in purchasing a vehicle than I had with dealing with this dealership. When I arrived I walked through the showroom 5 times before I was approached about why I was there even though there was 5 or more salespeople sitting at their desks looking out the window. When I finally talked to a salesman and he got me the price on the vehicle that I wanted we agreed to the price and would pick up the vehicle a week later. When I came to pick up my vehicle the process took more than two hours even though I was paying cash. I was billed $500.00 more than the quoted price and when questioned about it I was told that it was due to the amount of sales tax that had to be withheld, a lie. The business manager that I had to deal with proceeded to tell me lie after lie about what was taking so long and about the amount of license fees that were withheld that any over amount would be returned promptly. I will never return to this dealership and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Pleased with the new car buying process. Easy to work with. Won't hesitate to seek them out to purchase another vehicle when the time comes.
