Awesome Buy !

I Bought my son his first car for his Birthday, the process went smooth. They detailed the car very nicely. Friendly staff and Finance Manager, I recommend you ask for Jennifer she was very attentive to us even bought us lunch while we waited. I'am very pleased with their service .

Don’t trust pricing, they only sell via finance

These people try to trick you into the dealership to buy a car with financing through their so-called finance partner. I called in advance and booked a test drive for a car that was listed at 33,998 and said I was buying cash. After a 45 mins drive there, they could not get the car out so I could not try the car. That was the smaller issue though (car looked nice), the price now was more than 44,000 cash. Even if i choose to finance, they would add 2000 deposit to the listed price, and up to 5000 in other costs. Seriously, dealers like this makes Cars.com unreliable, you should require the cash price is always listed.

Best Car buying Experience

HAD AN AMZING CAR BUYING CAR EXPERIENCE. It was my first time buying a car. My sales lady Kait was very informative. thank you so much to the staff at CLM of valley stream

scam don’t buy from this dealer

You can read the fine print all you want it won’t do you any good. First off they have different disclaimer from their website to sites like these. Their price is not real it’s a bait and switch I went to this dealer drove 300 miles and they knew I was driving 300 miles and the minimum price they would accept was 22,500 for this car. It says on their website that the certification is optional that’s a lie. They lied to get me out there and then wouldn’t sell me the car based on their own terms. I wanted the car for the price of 16,980 1,995 that was turned down despite their own claim that the certification was optional. They offered to waive the $995 conditioning fee so I offered them $21,000 which was the price of the car $1,995 plus the minimum $1,995 charge which is the minimum price of the warranty on auto trader and that was still rejected. In the end they drove me to the car rental agency so I could rent another car for $150 to go home and offered nothing to compensate me for the misleading advertisement. Stay away from this dealer they are a scam.

Certified luxury

I had a great experience with kait, she was fun, educated and helpful. The store was also very clean which is appreciated. I would recommend getting a car here to a friend

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! The price advertised is no where near...

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! The price advertised is no where near what they will expect you to pay. Expect at closing to add OVER 5k to your agreed upon price with the sales person. I wish i could give ZERO STARS! reason being the car I purchased was making noises under the hood not even a month in from purchasing the car. I took it to the service center there multiple times to get it fixed. They were unable to find the source of the noise and kept lying about what they were fixing and avoiding contact with me. Every time i spoke with them about the problem their story changed about what they were fixing. So now i have an over priced car that sounds like a truck engine. NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE I EXPECTED BETTER SERVICE AND A QUALITY CAR FOR THE PRICE I PAID! Save yourself from going through what i went through. You dont need to be ripped off. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Not happy with my purchase

WORST DEALERSHIP ON THIS EARTH

Hands down the WORST DEALSHIP on this planet. This place is filled with lazy and incompetent employees from their front desk to service agents. They are there to waste your time. First, they delayed my title/car's registration. Second, they told me to drive the car on expired registration. Third, service agent Jay Martinez was unreachable and ignored my messages/calls for 2 months. Lastly, car broken down 2 times in first 3 months and had to pay extra 3k out of pocket. JAY MARTINEZ is the worst employee that works over there. AVOID THIS PLACE AND JAY MARTINEZ AT ALL COST.
