Absolutely terrible!

Absolutely terrible! Bought a 2019 Infiniti and six months later the engine blew! When contacted, the dealership said it was “customers like myself, trying to squeeze everything I can get out of them!” They refused to help in anyway possible. Apparently they feel it is my fault because I did not purchase extended warranty. I guess I should’ve expected the engine to blow up! 😡

Anyone who hides a required 25% downpayment on the list

Anyone who hides a required 25% downpayment on the list price is xxxx. If they're shady in their online prices then they're shady on the sales floor.

I wouldnt say they are scammers.

I wouldnt say they are scammers. But be aware of the VERY Misleading AND VERY Unethical advertising that if you don't see the fine print ... as it states You will owe an additional 25% over the advertised price . In other words the advertised price is the price you finance , not the final price ... which can be 10's of thousands more !!!! BEWARE !!!! Read the below print and dont waste your time !!!

DON’T DO IT!

Absolutely terrible service. The dealership that claims they pride themselves on customer service and satisfaction had sent us an email stating “ it is customers like myself that try and squeeze everything from a dealership and are unethical.” What I consider unethical is selling a 2019 Infiniti car and six months later the entire engine blows up! The repair cost is $13,000 and the dealership will not aCelt any responsibility whatsoever. They are pretty much saying we declined to purchase an extended warranty so too bad.

10,000 dollars worth of hidden fees

I am horrified by the dishonesty of some of the team at certfied luxury motors of valley stream. I highly recommend you look for another dealership who will treat you with dignity and tell you honestly about all fees. I had a highly unpleasant experience with outrageous hidden fees. I was there from 4:45 until 10:45 looking over the car and speaking to my salesman as well as Rich, the finance person, and Val the manager. The car was initially advertised for around 14,900, but when I asked for the total, they said it was a little over 21,000. This is not very fair, but there is a small percentage of other car dealers who do the same shtick. After I was given this price of a bit more than 21,000, I said it is probably way out of my range. The salesman Sergio who was actually very kind abs pleasant to work with, told me they would throw in a 10 year warranty for 20,490. This was still pricey for me, but I we considering it. I asked about all fees, registration taxes dmv etc. I was told that the total for all the other costs would be between 2,000 and 3,000. This is standard for most dealerships. I asked if there are any other hidden fees and was told that there are none other fees. They gave me some paperwork to fill out, which I read through carefully. I noticed two more fees that I was not expecting. Each of a bit more than 1,000 dollars. This would bring the original 14,900 sticker price to around 24,900. I told them that I was not expecting so many hidden fees and it is now well above my budget. I told them that I won't be continuing the deal and got up to leave. Val the manager told me that he doesn't want to let down a customer so he would give me for 500 $ less. This still didn't make sense for me so I thanked him for the offer and said it wouldn't work. Then he offered a years worth (4 times) of oil changes. He said it was around 150$ each one. After much hesitation, I agreed to this still way above my budget price of 24,900. After we agreed, he said he is copying over the information/ filing out the forms/ and he gave me a bunch of papers to sign. I scanned over most of them, figuring that it was all the same info as agreed upon before. At around 10:30 p.m., when the workers left, and I was waiting in the car to receive the packet of registration and other documents, Val gave the packet to Sergio to give me. I opened it to just confirm that all the info was as we agreed upon. To my horror, Val had added an ADDITIONAL over 3,000 charge ON TOP OF THE already inflated 24,900 price. I had explicitly asked many times if there would be any more hidden fees and he had said no. Then over 3k was added when he thought I wouldn't notice. I tried to go back to speak with him, but Val and Rich had left. I had no choice but to take the car home. This was all last night. I am going to reach out today, hoping that they will be honest and fair and agree to a rightful return of this car, being that I had never agreed to this outrageous price.
