Had a very good experience with Bloomington Subasu. We went into the dealership knowing exactly what car, color and package we wanted. Bloomington did not have one in stock. Paul, our sales person when to work to find one around the country. He didn't try to sale us an in stock car like other dealers did. With the help of the sales manage Paul was able to find 2 in the country. The first one we when after was not available. But the other one was and Bloomington had is in 3 day and we had it shortly there after and at a very nice price. Highly recommend this dealership and Paul. Dan

We knew that we wanted an Impreza. We knew what options we wanted. Paul found a car that met our requitements which was in transit. We test drove one with fewer options and loved it so we knew we would like the one we got. We are very happy with the dealer and the people who helped us.

Test drove a vehicle, found one I liked in your inventory, and completed the purchase. My financing person was also professional. I will recommend Bloomington Subaru to anyone looking for great service, a fair price, and professional sales staff.

I worked with a number of people at Bloomington Subaru. My first visit was with Bronwyn, she took me through the different trim levels and the colors that were available. My second visit was with Mark Rosenthal who broke down the costing. Then I met with Ford and he helped my wife and I narrow down the decision. He even suggested that we go to the Honda store across the highway. So we did. We drove the Crv and it became clear to me which car we would buy. We came back and drove the Outback and as we drove back to the dealership I was thinking, I wonder how many test drives at the Honda store close sales at the Subaru store. Then I got on line and went to work. It became very clear to me who was working for our business. I got on the Costco web site and made two phone calls. Bloomington Subaru made it very clear to me and my wife where we would buy this car and the price was not the only driving factor however it played a large part. Thank you: Ford Browyn Mark

I utilized my Costco membership to help buy a vehicle, which is what led me to this dealership. I worked with Ford Williams (yes I bought a Subaru from a guy named Ford) for the sale of the car. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I then worked with Chris for the finance portion. Chris was also great to work with. I had some minor issues with some aftermarket protections I purchased for the vehicle, but the issues were handled swiftly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Very helpful salesman and dealership. Very little pressure and very good listeners. Made great suggestions and got me a 3M VIP discount that I didn't know I was eligible for. Also went out of his way to deliver car early whennI needed another car sooner than I thought.

The salesman was very good at listening to what we wanted in a car. He had us drive two cars that he had and referred us to the Honda dealer to drive a CRV as a comparison. We originally were looking at the Acura RDX. He explained the significant differences between the older RDX models and the new 2013 model. We drove that. Then he showed us the Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited and had us drive that. We were referred to the dealership by Costco. The salesman showed us the pricing for Costco on the models we considered and explained some of the offers that were available. We were interested in a particular color which had been discontinued, of the Subaru Outback and he found one available in the Twin Cities and said he would trade for it. He then sent us to Honda to test drive the CRV. We did that the next day. We decided on the Subaru and he arranged delivery on the next Monday. I appreciated the honesty and thoroughness of the salesman as he had to explain the head gasket issue with earlier Subarus. The day of delivery we got through the paperwork and financing and then Ford took us out to a beautifully detailed Subaru and explained all of its features. He sync'ed the iPhone and showed me how to preset the radios and explained the Navigation system. I am thrilled with the car and really enjoyed the buying experience, especially because there was no haggling. This Luther dealership is one I would want to buy another car from, very courteous and customer focused. I will highly recommend them to my friends.
