My experiences at Maus have always been very positive. They want to make sure you’re taken care of listen and listen to your needs. Daniel was a great sales rep. He’s very passionate about his job and it shows in his work. Not to mention he was very knowledgeable about the cars which is very helpful when I have a million questions.

They haggled me with car sale said deal was today only...
They haggled me with car sale said deal was today only never giving me time to think about it. Than once i made deal next day came in to give down payment and was ignored by all associates in building. I just had a few questions how to set up app and payment information. when sold the car i was informed that the deal i had to make this day the interest was moved down to 14.9% that is what made me make the deal due to them starting at 18.9% and as i just figured out how to set up payment it is at 18.8%. They never mentioned Gap part of payment when deal was made either. I had to take car to Lexus for recalls after being lied to why dash was sticky. Vincent had told me it was due to mat previous car owner had on dash, when it actually was not it was due to recall. Had to leave car with Lexus for week. Lexus did a great job with awesome service. Till this day i have not gotten my registration and had to get new temp tag. I have been given the run around on how to set up payment information with no assistance. I asked when the last oil change was due to sticker in car being outdated and was told the car will tell you. When i brought car in due to never being detailed and had hair all in the seats etc, the car went to the back to get detailed as the car came out front i showed Vincent the hairs from a dog etc where still in the seats and the car was never detailed or swept out. Tire even had issue with air was told by Vincent they would look at which another one that they did not do. As all i have been doing is trying to set up payments and move forward during these hard enough times. This is not a car dealership i would recommend to anyone as all they want is the sale and your down payment (Money) as i was reminded that i cant return car and would loose down payment. Still no assistance on how to set up a payment. After hours of figuring out payment info

To give a response as issues have been resolved before ever even contacting me is again so unprofessional. After speaking with the GM as he belittled me for the review saying there was nothing they could do to make me happy when all i was doing was trying to resolve the issues i quoted. I Was told by the GM, The only time the GM wants to hear from me is when he sends me a birthday card. As i was just talking to him about the issues i put on review, I know customer service and this isn't the place for it. Could have easily been there for me and offered assistance instead of talking to me like i did something horribly wrong. Dont get mad at someone for making a review find way to resolve the issues.

I was initially looking to buy a Subaru. However, after talking to a Subaru dealer I decided to take a look at the Acura MDX. I contacted Maus Acura online and immediately Luis Belen contacted me. I let him know what I was looking for and he sent me pictures of the ones they had in stock. Luis and Crystal were excellent in every step and I ended up purchasing an Acura MDX for a great price three days ago. I am so happy with the service I received from Luis, Crystal and the entire Maus dealership. I never felt under pressure to purchase. They truly wanted me to find a car that I loved. I have been to a lot of dealerships over the years but I can honestly say that Maus Acura is the best. I highly recommend this place.

Where do I begin? First off,, Alisha was AWESOME! The process was probably the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I stopped in to look at a brand new TLX SH-AWD. I came in, and within 3 hours, I was out the door, driving away in my car. This is my 3rd Acura and this was literally the smoothest and most efficient transaction I've experienced buying a car. Not only did Alisha take care of me throughout the process, but they even have a specialist keep in contact with you, after the sale, to ensure that you are satisfied and everything is up to par.
