Horrible customer service, sell cars with car fax that is NOT accurate. Submitted a complaint to BBB and the failed to resolve it - the car they sold to us with MINOR damage noted on car fax as (dents, scratches, scuffs) actually had a HOLE in the trunk (MAJOR) damage and the repair they did looks like a preschooler did it with a glue gun. It's been almost a month and I still don't have my registration card which was merely a transfer for which they charged me an outrageous amount to transfer my plates. The only person who ever returned my calls or texts was their shop guy, Tony. No one else in that place returns calls or communicates. The DMV girl, Rachel, has a huge attitude problem and yells on the phone because she gets offended when she is told that EVERY other dealer we have purchased from had us our plates and/or registration back within two weeks. They rack on an outrageous amount of fees, they ran my credit numerous times after specifically being told NOT to that we already had a preapproval with Capital One. The vehicle they sold me on February 3 was previously sold on January 20th to another customer who clearly returned it for issues probably related to the cameras which they claim they fix but the order they sent me clearly shows it was NOT fixed and the photo of they person who purchased the vehicle clearly shows it is the same vehicle with the same air freshener hanging in the window and the same exact crack on the front end - it's obvious that it is the same vehicle that was returned to them a week prior to me purchasing it and they are now saying they have numerous vehicles that are the same. Straight Scammers - Run and don't be fooled by them

These company are full of scammers. They are so dishonest. They claim they are certified pre-owned, it's all a lie. After a week buying it, the car showed multiple problems. We brought it to a dealer and showed water damaged and an auto accident w/c they covered up and lied about. They did not want to even entertain or talk to us a day after buying the vehicle. The dealer is charging us more than 5k to fix the problems. Eventually, we trade in the car and bought a new one, traumatized from our horrible experience. Please save your money and save yourself from a terrible headache. Run away from these no good people.

Saw a car i liked went down and spoke to someone named Mike. Shook my hand, looked me in the eyes and told me to comeback the next day to buy the car after getting approved for the loan. Not even a day later ghost me, doesn't pick up the phone to let me know whats going on, SELLS the car to someone after shaking hands. No follow up, no apologies, nothing just to get a quick sale and disregard a promise. I will never recommend and I understand that this is a business but, theres a right way to take care of people. I hope karma comes back full circle. You never break your word, shake hands and lie to people who want to GIVE their hard earned money to help a business that doesn't care about people.

Bought a 15 Mercedes Benz CLS 400 back in September of this year. It has been nothing but a hassle with the dealer to get license plates. No callbacks, etc. My temp plate expired October 11, today is November 13, and still no plates. Called them again, and this has got to be the 15 calls, the plates are to be in today. We shall see, and in 3 days when I dont have them, Ill be calling them again. Steer clear of these crooks and liars. Also once my plates are received, Im filing a complaint with the state of New Jersey, and this car is getting sold..

Selling price are only if you finance with them if you don’t they charge you more. Very unprofessional, on top they never ever contact you or even try to work with you.

Run away from this place. They sell salvaged junk cars that last less than a month. The owners are straight thieves and crooks. The owner Mickey or Mustafa (whatever you want to call him) complete xxxxxxx. They sell aftermarket warranties that are BS. Please don't make the same mistake I did. RUN!! Everyone who works there are crooks. Emanuel, Mickey, Mike, Tony, Jerry, even the little girls who work at the reception desk would not pick up when I called to find out what was going on. Den of Thieves. DO NOT GO HERE. CROOKS, THIEVES, DISHONEST, LUXURY LEMONS.
