Scam, 0 Stars

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. 0 Stars. Rude employees. Had a simple question about a vehicle and was clearly lied to. After being sent to voicemail and hung up on multiple times, i finally spoke with someone else who gave me a completely different answer. My question was "what happened to the passenger side rear wheel? Why is it not the OEM one?" since it said no accidents. I was told "it needed air" and "it just needs a hub cap". You changed an entire wheel because the tire needed air? The OEM wheel doesn't have a hub cap. Overall just a super scummy, xxxxxxxx dealership. Don't even bother inquiring.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Inquired about a vehicle in their inventory and asked for the carfax report and vehicle history. They will not provide the report and keep saying that their scanner is broken so therefore they cannot share the information. Shady dealership!

Poor customer service.

Nicole Molano just stopped replying. I wonder how these people stay in business. Many of the other reviews warned me this this would happen, so I can't say i I wasnt informed.

CRIMINALS!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!

It should be Zero stars for this LEMON DEALERSHIP!!! If you like feeling like your just been taken advantage of than this is the place for you! I purchased the car on 02/01/2022 and have not had the car three days since. They sold me the car without truly making sure the car was in good running condition. The day after I purchased the car I returned it and asked for a refund and was told I could not so I agreed to have them fix it. This has been one of the worst experiences purchasing a car for me! RUN! My original review was from the day I purchased. Boy have things changed! The fake response trying to look like they a good caring business is just for show. Do not be fooled. Update: 03/04/2022 The vehicle had a complete breakdown. I was driving it home and it started to sputter so I pulled off to the nearest exit. Then the car completely shut and had a light gray smoke coming from the under the hood. I called Autopia and the told me to take it the same mechanic they had just gotten the car back from. I call him and he told me he could not look at the vehicle until Monday and hinted that the car had other issues. I had the car towed directly back Autopia. The manager Mickey hid in his office and pretended not to see me there. I spoke with another sales guy named Emmanuel. He told me that they would give me a replacement car but it would have to be less in value than what I just returned to them. Which is unacceptable 03/05/2022 I went back to try to understand why I had to wait until Monday to have my issue resolved and the GM told that he could not make the switch because the auto finance company was closed. Which is a lie because they are still able to call them on Saturday’s to finance purchases. Saturday is a car dealerships Peak day of the week. 03/09/2022 The switch was supposed to be ready today. A whole two day behind schedule. I have been renting a car to get back and forth to work. After being there for 2 hours waiting for the paper work to be done. I compared the previous paper work with the new fiancé agreement and it was totally off. The new car I was supposed to switch out for was less money and it did not have a warranty on it but the cost of the car on the paperwork was more. When I asked the sales guy and the GM (Mikey or Mohammed) to explain why. They had no real answer! They tried to charge me dealer fees and taxes again on the switch out. At that pony I lost my cool. The GM called the police on me!! When they arrived and I explained what the situation was they told me that Autopia had a reputation for selling bad vehicles and they are called there multiple times per week by consumers like me that they try to swindle and that they have changed their several times to try and continue stealing. Now I’m out my deposit. I have to figure out how I get out of making monthly payments on the car. I plan on suing and making complaints everywhere. Consumer Affairs. Better Business Bureau. The state motor vehicle office! I’m warning everyone this is not the place to buy a used car. You will have nothing but issues that they refuse to take care of and will try to steal from you. DON’T but yourself in the same position I’m in now. Learn from my mistake. 03/15/2022: After doing more research I found out that they used to do business under the name Brilliance Auto. Also they have a track record of buying cars from CA. My attorney told me that it looks like they are buying totaled or salvaged cars from CA and bringing them to NJ. We have some digging to do there. Also FYI the old business name (Brilliance Auto) which is still owned by the same people or persons was sued by Car Fax. I’m telling you with every fiber in my being I will not rest until everyone know they are thieves and liars!

not the real price

the prices advertised aren't real, they actually add about $3,500 with made up fees so they can get your eyeballs for a cheaper price. they will not negotiate them down

STAY AWAY from this dealership and DULAY salesman

I went to this location looking to buy a car and Dulay helped me. At first I felt confident that Dulay was going to help me find a good car but I was completely wrong. I'm warning you STAY AWAY from this dealership and specifically their salesperson DULAY. Dulay sold me a used Mazda 3 and when I took it for a test drive the car was perfectly fine. I let him talk me into paying more for the car, and it was only after I had the car for a few days that I realized how badly I was scammed. I've had this car for a few months now and have already spent $10,000 on repairs because Dulay sold me a terrible car that he knew had problems. I trusted him and this dealership and they completely let me down. Again, I am warning you STAY AWAY from this dealership, and more specifically STAY AWAY from DULAY he scammed me.

Shady

Drove 3 hours there to test drive a car. Possibly was going to purchase it the next day. Was going to go back again to possibly buy it and stopped but another dealer on the way to check out another car and realized they never gave license back when they copied it. Called them and they said the guy helping us would be in at 11. Still waiting for the call back from over a week ago. Place seems very shady. Watch for their PDI fee of over $3000 to prep their vehicles. Car was not clean and checked over thoroughly when we saw it. Buyers beware 2
