Great experience

I went to Fuccillo Nissan the last day of the month. I was greeted at my truck by a sales person. Once inside they did everything to get to the price for the truck I wanted. Finance Department took a while but all in all very pleased with my visit.

Awesome Service

Rob was a great salesman and treated us with nothing but respect! I feel that all of the salespeople were respectful as well as the managers. I also love the fact that they put me in a great car and got us the best deal possible. Getting a brand new 50" tv with a mini sound bar isn't too bad either.. :-)

Highly recommend

As soon as we walked in we were treated just like family. We spent all day there looking and test driving cars. Everyone remained patient and friendly. We ended up buying two cars that day and could not be happier with our cars. David Bright went above and beyond to help us and we are more than grateful for his amazing and professional service. I highly recommend Fuccillo Nissan and will return in the future if we can part with our new cars.

Overall a good experience

We went to purchase a new car on this past Memorial Day weekend. We were greeted promptly by Blake but also by blaring club house music. I’m not exaggerating when I say loud. My wife had to step out numerous times to simply get a break from the music. Blake seemed to be an honest salesperson. He asked tons of questions to ensure he showed us a car that fit our needs. He was in no way pushy about the need to “buy now”. We test drove and liked the car so we began talking price. 1st off they advertise all these great “included” service items you get only with them......come to find out you pay for that with a marked up MSRP. That was off putting but not overall that surprising. They presented me with multiple financing options but I had to correct them on the financing promotions and the cash back specials. Once we were able to get corrected, we discussed what I wanted to see the price at and we were able to meet in the middle without hurting anyone’s feelings. The dealership is greatly understaffed and struggled to handle the holiday rush. We agreed on everything in roughly 2 hours, but had to wait another 4 hours to get through all other steps.

No pressure

Low pressure friendly dealership. Everyone was nice. A lot friendlier than some of the bigger dealerships I visited. Didn't take too long. I like my new vehicle.

The team at Fuccillo listened to my needs and worked diligently to meet all my requirements. They were able to overcome my difficulties as a patron and secured a vehicle for me, that I was able to drive away with the same day.

Great experience

I had a great experience with your dealership. Jordan was understanding of our needs and worked hard to meet them. I was in to get a oil change, and left with a great car at a great value. Not sure I would have bought if it was not for Jordan.
