Went to get an oil change and also had a problem with my Malibu. Went to the collision department and was met by Joe. He took care of my car issue immediately. Was very polite and courteous and did an excellent job! I was extremely pleased with the work and would definitely go back to him for any future car problems I might encounter. I would highly recommend him!

Ordered part with reward points. Fast getting part.(next day). Asked service about install since I was there. They got it right in. Took a few minutes longer than expected but not that long. The only concern I had while waiting in lounge area I noticed a lot of employees walking by WITHOUT mask. I wear a mask because I am concerned for others. I felt the employees didn't care about me or others. I just stay away because I value my health and don't want to be exposed to Covid.

brought my car in at 8:00am and gave them my cell phone...
brought my car in at 8:00am and gave them my cell phone number called about 2:00pm to see if my car was done and was told they would call me when it got done Waited until 6:15 to service when your service department closed and was told 7:00pm so asked about my car again and was told at 6:30pm it was done and they tried calling me several time and couldn't leave a message which I knew wasn't true My air-conditioner line had a pinhole leak in it and this was the third time I had brought it in. That was on warranty but the key fob that I was told would be about $200 they were going to charge me over 400.00 for it so I refused to take it
