Ricky was very professional, knew when to step away to give us time to talk without asking him. Did not give the stereotypical car salesman approach. Highly recommend Ricky if you just want to get the deal done. He understood we came in wanting what we wanted and the OTD price, so the transaction went fast and smoothly

My first complementary oil change service at Temecula Valley GMC was a wonderful experience. I was greeted fairly quickly and checked in then assigned to Quinn as my service advisor. He explained clearly what was going to take place so I understood exactly what his Techs were going to perform. He provided the estimate estimated time of when it was going to be completed and and actually came in about an hour less, which was great! I will definitely bring my truck back and request Quinn as my service advisor!

I've been taking my car for service here since 2021. Excellent service dept! Emerson is the best service guy! Recently he fixed a problem I had since I bought the car and told me about it when I picked up my car. A most excellent surprise. Hands down top notch service. Highly recommend.
