Efficient 90000 mile service. However I had reserved a rental car and got a phone call early that morning that they had none available, so I could either wait or reschedule. Because I am retired, I could wait and reschedule my other plans, but it was an inconvenience.

Brought car in to repair a non-functioning driver side window. When I picked the car up, the driver side door seal was hanging down dragging on the ground. In addition to this, the side view mirror adjuster was non-functioning. So, I brought it back in. They said they fixed the driver side seal and had to order a replacement part for the side view mirror adjuster. It took over two hours. When I arrived home, the seal was again dragging on the ground. Brought it back for the third time, everyone including the service manager refused to help me until Nena got there. So after 45 minutes waiting for someone to help us, as we received a call to bring it in no need for an appointment. They lost my key which added to the frustration. So after Nena was willing to help, they said it would take 30 minutes and it took over 2-1/2 hours. To my utter frustration, just got a call that I have to bring it back in to have the door seal replaced. No one mentioned that we'd have to bring it back in to have them properly replace the door seal. I can't believe how unprofessional this service department is. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

A terrific experience at White Bear Subaru today. Drove in at 7 am without an appointment and asked if it was possible to get an oil change, multi-point inspection, and four new tires plus alignment on my 95 year old dad’s car. Nena, the service advisor said absolutely and delivered top notch service from start to finish! My dad loves his Subaru Forester! Thanks to the team at White Bear Subaru!
