I really appreciate the mechanic doing an actual video

I really appreciate the mechanic doing an actual video that they send to my phone as he inspects the car and does measurements on brake pads, etc.

I needed some special consideration due to heavy

I needed some special consideration due to heavy care-giving duties. Nena was amazing at getting me in and out in time to get back for the hospice sitter. Her kindness and care during a time of immense stress for me will not be forgotten. This is yet another reason (among many) I continue to do all my servicing at White Bear Lake Subaru. They not only cared about my car but they cared about me.

When purchasing my new vehicle, I had an excellent experience with the sales person I worked with. She was both pleasant to deal with and very professional as well. I had a similar experience with the person who handled all my paperwork in finance.

The text updates and the video diagnosis from the service department were helpful. The loaner vehicle was great. They were late in getting to my car due to “being behind” and that would my only complaint. Everyone was very friendly and provided great customer service.

First service for my 2024 Forester for 6 thousand mile

First service for my 2024 Forester for 6 thousand mile oil change albeit a bit early (3,000 miles) since I don't drive a lot. Was impressed with the video walk around with the technician who explained a simple fix with an exterior mirror. In and out in a reasonable time.
