First Ave Motors

There is definitely something shady going on with this place. Avoid at all costs. They only answered my emails, I stopped by three times and no one was ever there. I was told someone would be there from 10am-3pm and I showed up to find a locked door. They responded to my call via text hours later to tell me the vehicle I was exchanging emails about had a deposit on it and was no longer available. Even if you can get an appointment to meet with someone it sounds like these vehicles have issues and/or salvage titles.

ZERO stars!!!! Just drove from an hour away to look at some vehicles. The hours for today are posted 10am-3pm and we arrived at 10:55am. Tried to go into the building and it was dark and no one was there!! Called the number and the lady said “Oh yeah I had something for my son so I’ll be there in 10 minutes.” What!! We are here well within the operating hours YOU have and you’re not even here! We waited ten minutes and then my husband called again. He asked if there was anyone at the lot and the lady said “Yes” and then when he said we were here she said “well I’ll be there in 10 minutes”. We left. Thanks for not working and wasting our time and gas!

They have a Infiniti Q60 for sale that I was actually interested in. They raised the price $6000 on it and it has a salvage title. Who are they trying to gouge with this one! Not a reputable place to buy a car as far as I'm concerned.

UPDATE: I tried to get a remote starter installed on my vehicle, they couldn't do it because of something FIRST Ave Motors did, they replaced original parts for parts that do not work with the system the remote starters use. Also, my car apparently has 2 Vin numbers, one of them was welded on by first Ave Motors. DO NOT GO TK THIS PLACE! PREVIOUS REVIEW: First interaction was fine when I was there buying the car but afterwards was a whole different deal. I can't open my car with the key, only with the controller, they were supposed to send a locksmith to fix it and still to this day I'm waiting for it. Was supposed to do that and pick up some mats (which I'm pretty sure they lied to me a me haven't bought them). I've been calling like crazy and either someone that doesn't know anything about the situation answers and tells me to call when the manager is there. Now whenever I call they straight up don't answer or call me back. It's been close to impossible to talk to someone that can help me with things I was supposed to get over a month ago. I gave them many chances to call me back and fix the situation that they lied to me about on day one. Once they make their money and get you out of there it'll be impossible to get help with anything. Beware.
