I remember what the old Ford dealership looked like

I remember what the old Ford dealership looked like before the Nissan one, so much nicer. The display room is very spacious and very customer friendly. The service area looks very modern and the technology they use scans your cars temps and stuff as soon as you enter. Joshua Monge was able to help me get a great car and is very consistent to make sure I know how to use my car. This experience to me felt very personal and friendly.

I have purchased many cars over the years but I must say

I have purchased many cars over the years but I must say that Orlando and Ciocca Nissan easily rank as the top to deal with. Orlando was very knowledgeable. Always stayed on top of things without being overbearing. Ciocca and Orlando were very honest and upfront with everything. They didn't try to hide anything or get you with the last minute add-on. I felt like I got a great deal. That I would be supported if I ever had any issues. And most of all, they treated you with respect.

Crooks that fake service and try to up sell you, !

Jacob,I find it hard to believe that the brake fluid reservoir cap suddenly disappeared, Ciocca Nissan is the only people who touched my SUV for an oil change the last two times. An oil change consists of topping of fluids and then all of a sudden the cap to the brake fluid reservoir is missing, it either wasn't put on properly last time or this time the guy broke it or lost it. I don't believe a word you are telling me about this situation. I feel Ciocca Nissan needs to make me whole again.

Rude customer service individual

My initial interaction with the service department ( Jacob) was very positive and helpful and I scheduled warranty work for later in the week. Unfortunately, Jacob was unavailable the day of the appt. The service rep I dealt with was rude, deceitful, and arrogant. It is unfortunate that one person can change the image of a business but in this case, she certainly did. I do not recommend this business as long as this individual is in customer service.

Easiest process to buying a new car

My experience with Ciocca was great! They were very patient with me while I was trying to workout what I wanted and they helped me figure out would be best for me and for my work.

We had the most arrogant salesman that I have ever dealt

We had the most arrogant salesman that I have ever dealt with in 40+ years purchasing new vehicles from dralerships. They also had a 4 person tag team to try to talk us into a vehicle. They must think that all potential customers are ignorant! We will never return to this dealer. You have all been warned!
