Another 5 star visit! From check in to check out the process was smooth and efficient. The staff is always personable and professional. I was in for routine maintenance, State Inspection and an issue with a front end noise. The work was done in a timely manner and correctly the first time. When I originally purchased my Kia Sorento, it was through a different dealership. My car at that time was under warranty when I was having a problem with my trunk, not opening and closing water coming in in the passenger side on the floor and when I would pull down the visor after a rain I’d end up with water in my lap. After several attempts to get the car repaired I decided it was more of a dealership issue than Kia so I went to BERGEY’S in Colmar. I’ve dealt with the family of BERGEY’S dealerships and found them to be reputable, knowledgeable, friendly, willing to take the time to explain what needs to be maintained or repaired.. I am very pleased with the service I get from BERGEY’S Kia in Colmar.
