When I originally purchased my Kia Sorento, it was through a different dealership. My car at that time was under warranty when I was having a problem with my trunk, not opening and closing water coming in in the passenger side on the floor and when I would pull down the visor after a rain I’d end up with water in my lap. After several attempts to get the car repaired I decided it was more of a dealership issue than Kia so I went to BERGEY’S in Colmar. I’ve dealt with the family of BERGEY’S dealerships and found them to be reputable, knowledgeable, friendly, willing to take the time to explain what needs to be maintained or repaired.. I am very pleased with the service I get from BERGEY’S Kia in Colmar.

Terrific experience dealing with this dealership. The salesperson and finance manager were awesome to deal with. No high pressure sales stuff. Walked in, drove out. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. In and out in about two hours and part of that time was spent on the phone with insurance(holiday).

Bergey's has been servicing my cars for nearly a decade. They are always informative and thoroughly explain any recommended services. I arrived before they opened and one of the techs checked me in so I didn't have to wait.
