The service department is dishonest, incompetent, and

The service department is dishonest, incompetent, and disorganized. They do not answer the phone and when you are actually able to get a service appointment, they do not call you and tell you when your vehicle is done. They all just leave the building at 5pm and leave you hanging. Whats worse is that on 2 occasions, they damaged my vehicle and took no responsibility for it. They basically lie and say the damage was there already. Yeah, having my window moldings replaced by them under warranty and then seeing torn rubber weatherstripping around the passenger window must have been my fault. I mean what are the odds that the technician damaged the weather stripping? Well according to them, there is no way they could have done that. And lastly, when you try to reach a manager, NONE of them get back to you or have the guts to talk to the customer. They just hide like cowards behind their dishonest and shameful brand.

Scammy and Dishonest!

Scammy and Dishonest! We bought a Kia Carnival SX Prestige, which is supposed to come with reclining second-row seats — a standard feature. When we picked up the car, it didn’t have them. It also had 200 miles on it and was clearly used for test drives — not even cleaned properly before delivery. When we brought it up, the salesperson tried to talk us out of the reclining seats with nonsense excuses about car seats. Now they say the only way to get what we should have gotten for free is to trade it in and pay the equivalent of a whole extra year of payments. We feel scammed. This dealership is shady, deceptive, and only interested in unloading inventory — not in doing right by customers. Stay far away.

Excellent place, the people are so friendly and you feel

Excellent place, the people are so friendly and you feel like family. Mr. Chan You is very respectful salesman who help us in every detail from beginning to end. Nice work, keep doing.

After having the ICCU replaced per recall, about a month

After having the ICCU replaced per recall, about a month later the ICCU failed. The manual said to have the car towed, but the service person said "it's up to you whether to have it towed." I had it towed, but the part wasn't available. It took almost two months before the part came from Korea and I got my car back. They gave me a loaner, but I was not happy.

Drove an hour to test an SUV.

Drove an hour to test an SUV. Doug gave me the keys and told me to take my time... I ultimately chose to stay with my car (I guess I'm not an SUV guy) he was the same jovial nice guy to me amd totally understood and respected my opinion. No pressure here, tne guy who looked at my car as a possible trade gave me my key back amd said ur car is really nice and very clean. These people are really good guys, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a no pressure sales team. They are very professional! I hope they sell a lot of cars! Very pleased with the sales and service here. Stuart helped us with a purchase and then helped us through the process of getting us back on the road when our used vehicle had a water pump failure 68 miles later. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.
