Write a reviewThis was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve
This was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. What should have been a straightforward purchase dragged out for weeks because the dealership was incredibly slow to respond. Calls and messages regularly took days to be returned, and sometimes I had to follow up multiple times just to get a simple update. Their “online buying” process was also very misleading. The numbers and expectations set online didn’t match what I was told once things started moving forward. Transparency was lacking, and the information seemed to change depending on who I spoke with. What made it worse was the lack of flexibility and honesty throughout the process. Reasonable questions about pricing or options were brushed off, and there was little effort to actually work with me to make the deal happen smoothly. The sales manager George and GM Caesar were awful to deal with. Buying a car should be efficient and exciting, not a drawn-out guessing game. Between the weeks of slow callbacks, confusing online process, and lack of transparency, I can’t recommend this dealership. I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to serve you better in the future. Sincerely, The Team at Oxnard Mazda
Bought a Mazda 3 that was listed as pristine with low
Bought a Mazda 3 that was listed as pristine with low miles. Upon its arrival i noticed a horrible smell coming from the car. It was explained to me by the salesman that the smell was coming from the coating placed on the car in Japan and it would take 10,000 miles to burn off. Turns out it was the smell of a burned out clutch. The car was a lemon and Oxnard has refused to return my emails. I've asked them to compensate me or accept the car back and they have ignored my requests. Not happy with my experience.

I had agreement in writing with the sales manager, Karen
I had agreement in writing with the sales manager, Karen Fernandez, on the price of a vehicle. "Yes, that is the price, plus taxes and dealer fees". I arrive at the dealer and it becomes apparent that to them, "dealer fees" means $8100 in comically overpriced accessories, including $2000 for roof crossbars. Showed the email to the owner, Josh, while Karen was on speakerphone, got a shrug out of him and an offer to "discount" the accessories, Congratulations, you got me!
