Ford Flex

They were true to their word. Whatever was said to me is exactly what was done. In regard to ordering parts and service time. Its important to me because I live in Elgin and I am the only driver in my household. JOE D.

2016 Ford Fusion Purchase

I found a car I liked online and inquired about the car through email. I quickly received a response and a fair, out the door price. I stopped by the dealer that same evening and took the vehicle for a test drive. I was pleased with the car and with the salesman I talked to. After several days of test driving other vehicles and weighing my options, I came back to the dealer and bought the car. They were far and away my first choice and I was out the door very quickly. They also took the time to connect my phone to the car via Bluetooth and make sure the interior was cleaned to my standards. I highly recommend Tom Peck Ford!

Best experience buying a car ever!

I am so grateful for Joe Tornabeni and the whole Tom Peck Ford team who treated me with respect and kindness! My experiences was top notch all the way around! I was given the information I needed to make the perfect decision on a used instead of a new car. It fit the financial and performance goals I had in mind. I was not pressured one way or the other and they encouraged me to take it to my own mechanic/body shop to be inspected over an above their inspection. It was in great condition and they worked with me to coordinate a closing time that met my needs. I was greeted by everyone who worked there and even chatted with the dealership owner today. I felt like I mattered and that my concerns were addressed. I would definitely buy from this dealership again. thank you so much! Marypatriece

Great Dealership

Went in there just to look. I wasn't planning to buy at all. I saw a popup on my browser and figured I would just look as they had very good prices shown. Anyway my salesperson was Adam. Absolutely no pressure. I did buy a new car at price advertised. Great interest rate No fake "upcharges" or add-ons I didn't want. I was introduced to Tom Peck and other management persons. No funny business in the finance room rather. It was actually a very nice experience. Thanks Tom Peck!!

Fantastic Car Buying Experience

It was time for me to replace my 10 year old Ford Fusion, and I enjoyed driving it so much, I knew I wanted another Fusion for my next vehicle. I did an online search to find a like-new, low mile version, and Tom Peck Ford had just the one I wanted, and it was a fully loaded Titanium version as well. I emailed the dealership looking for their best price, and Gary responded quickly with a fair price. It was clear to me that their staff was intent on making a deal, and were not going to waste my time. I took a test drive that same day, and after I left, I knew I wasn't going to need to look anywhere else. I came back on the weekend, and they were ready to go. There weren't any last minute surprises or bait and switch tactics. I got in and out about as quickly as one could expect when buying a car. I have been very satisfied with my purchase so far. My parents will soon be in the market for a new Ford, and after sharing my experience with them, they plan on making Tom Peck their first stop.
