All the negative comments speak for themselves; I encountered the same tactics dealing with them so consumers beware and shop with the dealership at your own risk.
A great buying exoereince!
CHRISTMAS MIRICLE! Many credit scores were trashed during the last year years due to the situation. Ours was now poor. No way in a frozen earth I thought I would get the Expedition I wanted, in stock and financed for a great used car rate! I did! Derrick Marquez the F&I Manager must know Santa or something. Peter Kashuba was not in my face, understood my situation and was awesome to work with. I have purchased many cars over the last 30 years. I will never go anywhere else becuase of these two! Ho Ho Ho!
This dealership has the most deceptive people I have ever
This dealership has the most deceptive people I have ever encountered in my life. Go in there knowing every word is probably a lie. Need to get line item numbers, they are clever with hiding fees & cost shifting. I drove 2.5 hours away to buy more Ford, well worth the drive!
Found an F-250 that was very reasonably priced when I got there the truck was in a rough condition. The dealership has a large selection to choose from that blew my mind. Ended up purchasing a different 2022 F-250 lariat I love that big screen. My salesman Peter K. was great knew his inventory and found the right truck for me.
Their service was amazing and they treated us very good. The salesman Joon helped us find a great car. I definitely recommend to come here.
This place is a joke. Hidden costs in the 1000s! Try to force you to use their financing. Stay. Away!! I can’t believe the out and out boldness of these people. Extremely unprofessional! Yep
Catfish prices. The best way to describe this dealer. We found a truck we really liked at this dealer, price seemed fair. Went to check it out and we liked it. Got to the point where we talked numbers. Hidden fees everywhere! You end up paying thousands more over the advertised price. Then there was the aspect that Huntley Ford does not accept "third party checks". We were preapproved for a used car loan for a decent rate, but we had to finance through the dealer at a much worse rate because they "dont accept third party checks". Cant recommend one bit when it feels like they take advantage of the customer on every turn.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEARERSHIP!!
Was interested in a vehicle I saw online and called to inquire about it. They immediately wanted me to fill out a credit app before even talking numbers on the vehicle I was interested in and wouldn't tell me how much my trade was worth. Why would I fill out a credit application if I don't even know what I'm buying. I work for a dealership in CT and it's illegal to run a credit app on a customer without having a signed purchase agreement. I would've bought the vehicle if my first initial contact wasn't so unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEARERSHIP!!
I like Ford dealers.
I like Ford dealers. The F&I guy was great. Used car Salesman very poor. $8500 markup on top of price, didn’t tell us about missing key, and had to do their financing to get advertised price. Would not go there again. Stay away.
Pricing Woes and Questionable Tactics
Disappointing to say the least. Went to a national car shopping website and found a truck Huntley Ford that was near perfect. I liked the color and equipment, price was great too! Filled out an online form for more info and called back very quickly, impressive I thought! I did not ask to negotiate on the price and I felt it was very fair already. Asked if I could get a buyers order with all of the numbers including fees, etc, etc. No , only in person. Well, I live 6.5 hours away, I was not interested in driving that far to get numbers. I made an appointment anyway, but had to cancel due to business conflict. Then I started reading reviews about the dealer and these tactics. OMG .... I am glad I cancelled. Received a call, and was told they don't give prices over the phone because they are a high volume dealer and don't have the time. In this case they would make an exception, but after I filled out a credit application. Hey, I don't even know what I paying and you want a credit application. That's when I stopped the process and walked (ran) away. I have purchased at least 10 cars through remote/online transactions in the past 10 years. Never have I had such a hassle or felt like there was some hidden agenda. After reading my review, make your own choices about working with these folks, but it was'nt for me.
