Found the vehicle we liked so we went in to find out what

Found the vehicle we liked so we went in to find out what they would give us on our trade, however after wasting an hour they would not give us a number on our trade. We ended up taking our business elsewhere.

I only came for an express oil change and the service rep

I only came for an express oil change and the service rep was extremely polite and helpful. The visit took as long as was estimated and things were great. He gave recommendations on maintenance work that may be needed, but was not pushy. Very satisfied and I 'm sure I'll return.

The tune up was done in a timely manor.

The tune up was done in a timely manor. The service desk tech kept me informed of what procedures needed to be performed per the car mileage. A very good experience overall.

Dealer wouldn’t give me a written offer, never even

Dealer wouldn’t give me a written offer, never even appraised my trade in…no negotiations on their vehicles…used vehicle lot is a mess with no info on any vehicle…probably the worst and least productive experience ever buying a car and I’ve bought over 30 of them.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Huntley

I recently had a disappointing experience with Huntley Ford. From the start, I felt like I was being rushed through the process for a quick sale rather than being treated with genuine care. The car I purchased was not properly cleaned, or charged which was surprising given that it was a used vehicle. It felt like they put minimal effort into preparing it for sale. The registration process through the Tesla app was also frustratingly slow. While the salesman, Kyle, did throw in a charger as a gesture, it turned out to be faulty and, despite my attempts to contact him about it, he never responded. Kyle was initially pleasant, but after the paperwork was signed, his level of care seemed to drop significantly. Overall, it felt like once the deal was closed, my concerns were no longer a priority. I would not recommend this dealership to buy used based on my experience.

If i could put negative stars, I would.

If i could put negative stars, I would. Called about a vehicle listed on their webpage and on cars.com. Online the price was close to fair. Once you sat down, they raised the price 4 grand based on "market value". So that tells you their advertised price is NOT the price of the vehicle. Furthermore, they try to snag you with bait and switch on "accessories" like protective coatings and even VIN etching. WHO does that in 2024? it provides you nothing. Then the trade in. they drive it around the block, then come in and low ball you by THOUSANDS. Do your research. they will tell you they buy and sell wholesale.. THEY ARE A FORD DEALER. they are not a wholesaler. This is another lie. They tell you they have no money in a vehicle, then tell you they did work to the vehicle installing or repairing.. THIS MEANS YOU HAVE MONEY INTO IT.. another lie. They will get a car from auction, put it online and on the lot for sale, WITHOUT CHECKING IF ITS SAFE. Little clue, bald tires with chords showing is NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, thus you cannot sell it without fixing this. They will not budge on pricing. They would have had a sale if they were willing to work with the customer, but instead rely on outdated sales tactics for upselling, upcharging, and deceptive sales tactics. stay away. got ANYWHERE else but this crookship.

My experience was terrific!

My experience was terrific! Adam took such great care of me . The service was exceptional and the work was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Huntley Ford to all of my loved ones. Adam went over everything with me and even reached out to see what options best fit my needs. I love this place. The people are awesome.
