Great Experience...You will not be disappointed

In the market for a Great new or new to you vehicle? This is the place for you. I came just to see if a deal could be worked out...thinking it would not be able to happen...As I was bringing a trade in that needed work done to it and still owed quite a bit on as well. However Ismael and his team had me on the road with a Brand New Optima within a few hours. Great car and Great people to work with, if you're in the market for a vehicle this place is a must to check out. Ask for Ismael Tiburcio

Came in for an oil change

The staff was friendly, personable, & recognized me from a previous visit. I was out in less than an hour, & even given a small discount because of my patronage. Outstanding service!!!

Great experience!

Luis was great! We bought three cars from him so far! They offered my husband a job on the spot. Luis is funny and a fast worker.

The face of HAPPY

I went in to KIA not really expecting to leave with a car but since I was pre-approved to get another car - I thought - what the heck...cannot hurt to try. After looking on line at different vehicles I found the one that fit my needs. I called and made an appointment to check out my options. Not only did I leave the dealership better off than what I came in with, I was assisted by many awesome people. I would TOTALLY recommend Fuccillo KIA to anyone in search of a new/ used car - you won't be disappointed here!

What Being Part of the ' FUCCILLO KIA FAMILY' Really Means!

Let's start from the beginning. Run off of the road and totaled my only vehicle. And, I require a vehicle to earn a living! Talk about freaked out! Climed out of that vehicle and called a tow truck and family member. Once they arrived at the scene, I sent the tow truck one direction and we went directly to Fuccillo Kia. Not bad credit score, but lacked credit history to support it. Had just begun building credit and never bought a new car or one from any dealer in fact. But, once I proved continuous employment and reoccuring pay checks, I drove away in a brand new Kia. Initially I was not happy with the end result, but once I got around to checking I found that no where else could I have received a vehicle that same day, if at all, and the interest rate was more than reasonable, all things considered. However, all that was nothing! Totaled that car, both times there were disinterested witnesses that I was not at fault, just saying :), and again freaked! Was contacted by my insurance, asking for a bunch of information and issuing directions. Confused and at loss I called Tim Ousley, Finance Manager at Fuccillo Kia, via conference call, and folks he took over! Literally! Fielding calls, forwarding and processing documents, directing me, etc.. Before the vehicle insurance and gap ' insurance ' payments were even made to the finance company, I was approved for and drove away in a brand new car. Never missing a day of work! That folks is what being part of the family means! Having said that, now that we're family, what about letting me in on a promotion, none weregoing on when I purchased, necessity is not a friend, or tearing up my contract! :)

Very Efficient

Very prompt attention to my appointment and completion of several issues in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting room conveniences much improved. And, the cost of items worked on was actually less than two other independent service center quotes. Also, Francisco is very good, efficient and knowledgeable.

Very happy

There was no pressure. They talk to me not over my head. Dan is very knowledgeable. He help me ever after I took the car home.

Keith was the best. I was in and out no time after braking down on my way in for a trade. He came to get me rt down the road and even bought my sick soon dinner.. You guys are the absolute BEST!!! MY FAMILY AND I THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Super Service

Had an oil change and a/c problem done this week. Always pleased with my experience. Repair completed very timely while I waited. Nice customer lounge to relax in, watch a movie or enjoy a cold drink. Not only was the wòrk completed but my car was returned freshly cleaned. This is a great swrvice location/dealership. Love my Cadenza and love Fucillo!
