Excellent service

Dusty always takes great care of me. Knowledgeable, takes time to explain everything. Doesn’t try to add on stuff you don’t need. Timely, finishes work as promised. Friendly and takes good care of you while you are waiting. I have been having my car serviced here for over 2 years with the same service advisor.

Someone could have been hurt!

Our Sorento was purchased at your dealership in 2013 and has been taken back there over the last 4-5 years for the oil change and tire rotation. Yesterday my husband took it in for this service. When he left the dealership the SUV began to shimmer and shake. As soon as he could turn around and go back to let them know, they discovered two of the lug nuts were missing and the others were loose. This was rectified with an “apology”. If he had gotten on the interstate to come home to Spring Hill, the tire could have come off and the car would have flipped. I shudder to think of what could have happened. We will have to think long and hard about returning to this dealership in the future!

Very Happy!!!

Beyond Happy!!!

I just have to Thank Herbert and the whole staff at Fuccillo that worked their butts off to get us in the car we wanted and needed. They spent time listening to our needs and gave us a brand new car with so many extras. I felt very at ease while I was there, no pressure nothing but help. I really felt like they wanted me to have that new KIA, no matter what. We will be back for sure

New Car for the family

Ismael is very sweet . He really help me to show all the Car let see what I really want, really honest and happy sale man. I love him because when we doing paper work he playing and taking with my child’s. I want to give more stars than 5.. they really good and work on it hard to make this happen to us .

We Got It Done

We started out the day shopping literally everywhere you could think of, from private homes to a dealership in Lakeland, all the way to Davenport. We almost didn't have a deal until they came through in the final hour. Manuel was great plus he bought us food. Would definitely come again.
