I’ve been a customer at Fucillo Kia for three years and for the most part have a had a great experience! There’s been a couple issues, but have always been addressed and fixed in a professional manner. Through the sales of my cars I’ve gotten to know some wonderful employees, who I now call my friends! They always greet me with a warm welcome every time I come back in no matter what’s its for! They always ask me how I am and how’s the car and if there’s anything they can do for me. It’s very important, especially for a female to feel comfortable and know that your dealing with a trustworthy place.... that’s “HUGE” to me!! I absolutely love this dealership and all my friends here. I highly recommend Fucillio Kia to anyone!!

My expectations were exceeded by 1000 times! I’d heard they were unresponsive but pushy...Nothing could be further from the truth! I’d researched my car, financing and options...when I bought from Fuccillo they beat online deal/price and couldn’t have been more knowledgeable! These are the cream of the crop car dealers and if you can...ask for Manuel Peralta.

Yes you got me approved for a new car.. but you lied straight to my face about being able to refinance the payments after 6 months to lower the payment.. you have destroyed me completely... I called and asked to speak to the gm and I get told no you can't refinance... so basically they are a rent to own furniture store... no one there wants to help... so thanks for ruining my life with your lies...
