Maintenance

Rob and the team are on top of their game as far as vehicle service. Same day service appointment I thought was a thing of the past. Not a rush job inspection uncovered everything needed. Very Grateful.

El día 19 de Abril Tenía una cita a las 12pm. Para que realicen la reparación del bumper frontal que había venido mal desde la compra. La espera fue de casi 5 hora y la reparación no ha sido correcta. El problema del bumper continua.

CAR REPAIR

Replace Fuel Pump Rear Brakes and Oil Change. Diagnosed problems within a timely fashion and was correct with it the first time. Very nice to deal with.

ram 1500 repair

Everybody was great,esp.service advisor Alina and the mechanic who repaired my truck. Thank you very much. Reedmans dealership was no help, they wanted me to drop off my truck and leave it there for 24 to 48 hours for them to diagnose the problem,then they would order the parts and then set up an install date.Needless to say I will never go back there.

First Service

Brought our 2022 Gran Cherokee in for first service - oil/filter change and rotated tires. Service was great but - made an appointment for 9am, I left at almost 11am. Waited a long time for dealer to complete a simple service. Buying process was the worst my wife and I experienced at any time. We have purchased different manufacturer's cars and this was by far the worst experience at any dealership. Was rushed to buy right after we test drove the vehicle on a Monday. They didn't even want to wait for Saturday for us to finalize the purchase.

I had my vehicle serviced at route 130 and had a great experience. Ryan was very helpful as my service advisor and Alan did a great job as a technician. They both did a great job.

Dealer oil change competative price

I dropped off the Caravan and they completed the oil change and tire rotation in about 90 minutes. I was informed of upcoming services needed.
