I used to love This Kia dealership, I loved it so much I decided to come from Tn to purchase a car. But my experience today was horrible!! My husband and I brought 2 cars from them in the past using his POA, but to find out today they longer accept these. And the General Manager said well did you asked because if you did you would have not wasted your time coming down. I felt like I was brushed off and a hint of attitude as well! Thanks but no thanks I will not be back. I missed the old staff from 2016!! They where helpful and pleasant to talk too.

Everyone hear is very friendly, professional, transparent, and very competent in their skillset. Also your time is very important them. They perform the highest quality of performance and get you out the door sooner than most..

THE SALES PERESON, AND THE FINANCE PERSON COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. THE SALES MANAGER WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL I HAD THE FEELING THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO HELP ME DO WHAT WAS BEST FOR ME AND MY SITUATION, AND NOT JUST MAKE A SALE.
