This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with, and I'm typically a tough customer. These folks exemplify Luxury, service, and relationship building, something we all know is rare these days. Ask for Sales man John Lee, and is manager Eric, they were fantastic, and worked with us until we had more car than we wanted, for less than we planned to pay! You don't have to believe me but we now have a fully loaded RX 350 for what we planned to pay for a base model. These two rock!! Now for the cherry on the top, the service... Forget all the awesome amenities they normally give, it was they did beyond what I expected that really sold me on making the deal as early on as I did. Heck, I was starving and fantastic soul named Simone not only offered me a snack, but brought me a turkey sub and chips from the company kitchen, I was totally shocked! I expected maybe a bagel max, like at the service center but this was a whale in comparison. She fed me, I was sold! Lastly, Toni the finance manager was a blast and super helpful in making sure we were all set on our way out, I really enjoyed the conversation and laughs! Bottom line, all dealerships offer the same deal, so for me it's all about the service, and how well treat me, and this place set the standard high! They can write a God xxxx book on how to treat a customer right.

Brandon Paik is the kind of salesman that you will be going back for years to come. To start, Brandon had a super friendly and professional demeanor that made the hassel of car buying seem so easy and comfortable. It really made me feel that he was looking out for me and made sure I got everything I needed for my new car (highly recommend the warranties on all lease cars obviously). The service portion of the transaction was phenomenal from the first time he greeting me at the door to the very last part of having a very friendly worker show me how to work my new car one step at a time. Helping me understand everything in detail until I was fully comfortable with everything before I signed anything. It would be remiss of me if I don't recommend him and I can tell you for all my friends and family I would make sure that they deal with Brandon!
