Best price on our new Lexus and we were treated like royalty at the dealership. We had our three year old child with us and our salesman Brandon was extremely patient, never rushed us, and treated us with incredible professionalism.

This is my THIRD Lexus purchase at Englewood. ALWAYS have issues with my purchase! Can overlook. Hey, they are out to make money!! Chris V always comes thru with my complaints! He's the reason I always return. Took car in for service. It was damaged and I didn't notice it until later that day. Called service department, sent emails with pictures of damage and ZERO was done. In fact, no response at all! All they had to do was admit the damage and the fix the minor issue. I am not opposed to mistakes and correction. So disappointed. NOTHING was done or acknowledged and I've been a repeat customer of theirs for over 5 years!

Very accommodating dealer, very friendly, I had a problem with the small car, they immediately switched me to a bigger one, I was kind of surprised, but they ( Chris the GM and Jeff the Finance Mgr) did the right thing and made a customer for life, I will buy Lexus and I will push my whole family to buy Lexus from Chris now.
