Always up front with what’s going on with my vehicle and always the same faces, unlike some other stores in our area that seem to be like Forrest Gump’s box of chocolates - I never knew who I was gonna get! They also have a new espresso machine in the service waiting area and a friendly sales staff that is fun to chat with while I wait. All thumbs up for Freedom in Sherman!!
