Why are employees from Whitesboro store not listed in...
Why are employees from Whitesboro store not listed in survey. I did not work with any of the listed employees on survey except John Tynan who was great. Now I hear he is no longer employed by Freedom. This doesn’t seem fair. I personally believe the staff at Freedom Whitesboro is great. I have always been a ford man until I purchased my wife’s used Tahoe from Clint Dagley. I just bought my 2020 Bighorn from Clint & Phil. The team at Whitesboro is the reason I am now a Dodge owner. I will remain a dodge owner only because of that team.

Tire mix up
Brought my daughters Jeep Wrangler in for two new tires, the service department put on two totally different tires than what was on there. The manager, Shelby Greesley ordered the correct tires and is correcting the mistake.

After a horrible experience at another dealership I came in here on Saturday with low hope. As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by a very nice gentleman we came to look at a Tradesman, but a Nissan Titan caught my eye while we were there. We settled on a price they were able to give me exactly what I wanted on a trade and paperwork was a breeze. They detailed the truck very well for me and we drove off the lot. Whole process took about 2.5 hours. Never have I bought a car that the whole process went so fast and everyone was so friendly along the way. These guys (and gals) really set the bar! I am so terrible with names and do not remember the gentleman's name that helped us but he was FANTASTIC if I could give him 10 stars I absolutely would!!

I give service department a 10 plus excellent friendly service. Clay is top notch. Very knowledgeable on diesel engine and everything else i can see him managing over entire service department one day. And the lady at pay window a very sweet woman yall have a excellent team.

Great Service
James took great care of me and my truck. James contacted went through the process of replacing and repairing the work. He contacted me frequently so that he could provide me with the status of the vehicle. When I got to the dealership and few minor things were not completed and James took that upon himself to finish them. It took 5 minutes at most.
