Worst service center and service advisor to deal with! The service advisor L.B. had the audacity to tell me she was only being kind to me because she previously worked with my husband. Interesting. Then afterwards she called my husband to complain about me. Isn't that inappropriate. As for the car portion of my complaint- They changed the brake pads and turned rotors a few months ago. The car hasn't been the same since. As if the service center had left things worse than they found them. They claimed, in the 4 months, that the returning issue was my fault. Interesting, since I have driven this car without issues prior to their servicing.
