I asked four Honda dealers in the area to bid on my Honda...

I asked four Honda dealers in the area to bid on my Honda CRV 2012 purchase. All bidders were given a spreadsheet I created with the model, list of accessories, destination fees and other fee lines to create a "level playing field". Three of four bidders ending up being within $100 of each other - bottom line. I had a previous positive service experience with Honda of New Rochelle a few years ago when they properly diagnosed a differential issue where one of the other bidders had given improper advice and missed the problem. Honda of New Rochelle was rewarded with the sale from the previous positive service experience and that they were geographically closest to my home.

I strongly recommend this dealer,one of the best dealers around.The purchase went quiet professional and hassle free.If you wanna get a nice deal for your money then go for"Honda of New Rochelle" sounds like an add right...not to be mistaken(Iam an IT proff) workign for IBM!

The Service Advisor Mike Vigliotti and his co-workers were very professional and courteous. I only came in for an oil change, but they check to make sure that everything on my car was in good working order. And the best part, my car was ready within an hour.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and after having...

I was in the market for a new vehicle and after having narrowed the choices down to the Kia Soul and the Honda Fit, I decided to go with the Honda FIT and I am extremely happy with choice. Having decided on the FIT the next step was to select a Honda Dealership. My first stop was White Plains Honda because I had received an e-mail from them stating they had a FIT with a manual transmission marked down. Suffice it to say I was not pleased with my experience there. The salesman was a nice enough and pleasant chap, but the sales manager definitely rubbed me the wrong way. He was polite enough, but attempted to rape me on the price and then tried to pressure me into buying the vehicle, gathering his other personnel around me in sort of a circle. I laughed at this tactic and simply walked out. As unpleasant as my experience at White Plains Honda was, it did not sour me on the Honda product and so I went to Honda of New Rochelle. In light of my experience at White Plains a few days earlier, I was a hardened man when I walked through the door and the folks at New Rochelle Honda had their work cut out for them. Well, they were up to the mark. The difference between my experience there and at white plains was like night and day. The people at Honda of New Rochelle couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They gave me a great deal and were EXTREMELY patient with both myself and my wife. They let us each test drive the car in both automatic and manual models and made sure that we were both happy with our choice of vehicle and the price. Our salesman, Joe Jacob, had a level of knowledge of the product , the business, and and insight into us as customers, that belied his youth. One would think they were dealing with someone who had been in the business 10-15 years, not the 22 year old sitting across from me. Joe however, conducted himself like a season salesman and I would unhesitatingly recommend friends and family to both him and Honda of New Rochelle. Likewise, the sales managers Jonathan and JR, and finance person ,J on, were all first rate. Francis X Livoti Jr

It was a suprisingly pleasent and efficient experience. Michael was very professional and he informed me that I was due a complimentary full inspection on my car. I look forward to going back the next time that I need to service my Honda.

Shopping on-line for a car for our son, we called the...

Shopping on-line for a car for our son, we called the dealership and spoke to Ken. The car we were inquiring about was sold but Ken immediately found another car for us which was even better that the original one. The mileage on it was unbeatable and he tried to come as close to our price as possible. We drove from over an hour away and the drive was worth it as the car was "real" and excellent. Nick the salesperson was assigned to us to finalize the deal and he was pleasant, friendly, and great to work with. This was our first vehicle purchased here but it won't be our last. Thank you Honda of New Rochelle!
