Honda of New Rochelle

I just wanted to thank Jospeh. He was up front and honest about all expenses. I did not get any surprises. The transition was smooth and I really did not have to do anything to move from my previous car into my new car sale. I have been working with Honda of New Rochelle since the 1990's and my whole family uses this dealership. Of all the friends I have sent there are never any issues. I really appreciate their integrity and would highly recommend to anyone using this dealership. Thanks again I LOVE my new CRV!!!!

Jason Lee of Honda of New Rochelle did a great job with my lease of a 2012 Honda Pilot. He really took the hard work of negotiating out of the equation and made leasing a car very easy. They are professional, courteous and know how to treat customers the right way. I have been buying cars from this dealership for several years and they just continue to do better and better every time. I highly recommend this dealership over all of the others in the area. If it is a little out of the way, take the drive, they will make it worth your while.

Let me just put it out there that Honda of New Rochelle is truly better than any dealership around and has the BEST staff, especially Mike!!! This was the first dealership my mom and I visited and originally our plan was to go store to store and look at other cars before settling on one but after meeting Mike Morano my confidence on buying this car was beyond me. Mike gave me the full attention and time that I needed. He was extremely helpful, patient, understanding, friendly, and he did absolutely everything possible to make sure my mom and I were satisfied with the car. I'm very happy with my used 2008 Honda Civic and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Mike or a better dealership than Honda of New Rochelle. I recently went in to the express service center to have the battery checked out because I was having a problem with it. Mike, Sal and Ivan had it tested and it turned out that the battery had a bad cell. They replaced the battery, which was still under warranty, and I was out the door in about 20 minutes. Thanks, guys!! The express service center is a great idea! Keep up the good work. And the coffee was great, too!!

Honda of New Rochelle is a superb dealership. The customer service is speedy, efficient, and friendly to boot. The salespeople know their product well, and explain the programs and offers with clarity. I have been a regular customer with them for 6 years (this is my third lease) and I would not think of going anywhere else. The prices and quality of transaction cannot be beat. As cliche as this sounds, I have never had a more hassle free experience with leasing a car. Worth driving, or even flying to!

The down side of you guys being so efficient is I only have time to eat one donut. Keep up the great job you guys are doing.

I have given a high rating as I have been very impressed with the performance of the dealership and Mike in particular. Mike has always been very curteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the way my vehicle has been looked after.
