Love the new express service. I sometimes only want to...

Love the new express service. I sometimes only want to get an oil change and could never fit the main repair area into my time schedule. This express service really lets you get in and out fast. Mike is great. They are actually all great. They honored a coupon that I had from another Honda dealer. Very comforttable waiting area. I can finally go back to Honda for oil changes as well as major work.

I bought 3 cars at this New Rochelle Honda, and I have been going there for service for a while. This is the first time I used the 'Express Service' location. I have to say this has been a fantastic experience for me. I was greeted by Mike as soon as I entered the location. He was very friendly and showed me around the new location. I sat comfortably in the beautiful lounge - there was free internet, coffee and donuts! And the service itself was super quick. I was out in twenty minutes - this was at 9AM on a Wednesday morning. My car's new and this was the first service - so it was free as well. They did the free multipoint inspection as well with the oil change. I also had a couple of questions about the car and Mike kindly took time to explain those things as well. Overall, this has been a great experience. Kudos to whoever came up with the idea of 'express service' without appointment - and hats off to the service advisors, technicians and staff who are doing it right. And a special thanks to Mike.

By the time I walked into Honda of New Rochelle for this purchase, I was familiar with the Honda CRV and this dealership and already had good feelings about coming in. As a result of the October snow storm I needed a car sooner rather than later so I checked out all of the Honda websites for CRV inventory. I also wanted a color that people could see on a gray day and in low light. It so happened that this dealership had exactly what I was looking for and the sales person Rish Pahlad couldn't have been nicer and more knowledgeable. Best of all, he was attentive without trying to make a sale. Later, once I had permission from my better half, I purchase the car...almost effortlessly, partly because I had done my home work and mostly because Rish Pahlad and Honda of New Rochelle were buttoned up. I not only recommend Rish Pahlad and Honda of New Rochelle, I insist that you make them your first stop.

Getting your oil and filter changed can be a downer even on a good day. Honda of New Rochelle's new Express Service across the street from the Honda dealership turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I was met in the parking lot by Sal Oceguer who works with Ivan Tellez. They were both friendly and clearly dedicated to getting me in and out of there with the greatest of ease. They assured me that the are would be ready in :30 minutes. It turned out to be less. Honda Express Service is a major improvement to routine maintenance of an already great care.

Ivan was great. He serviced my oil changed, and a few days later I had an issue with my tire. There was a nail and they needed to plug it. It normally would have cost $35 but Ivan and his team did it free of charge and that's why I stay with Honda. Because of the service!

Got my first Honda from Honda of New Rochelle . It was a very pleasent dealing with Ronnie he was very helpful and honest . We went into the dealer with a price from a different dealer and he was able to beat the price. We got a 2012 Honda pilot in the exact model we wanted they had it in stock ! They were great !!

Tony introduced himself the moment I walked into the dealership. I told him the size car I wanted and what I had to spend. When he showed me the pilot I knew that was it. He took his time explaining the different versions and what each cost. He knew every piece of equipment included and how they might apply to me. I was then concerned about the financing options and what was required. I was then introduced to the financial person "Sajodd". He made the experience very easy and quick. I have always been intimidated to walk into a dealership as a woman alone. Tony never made me feel like I was unknowledgeable about cars or didn't know what I wanted. For that quality alone, Tony is the very best salesperson you have and I would send everyone I know to him! Julie Antoniou

Jason and Ed did an outstanding job to ensure my needs were address.They were very pantiece with me as it was my first time buying a new car plus I don't know anyhting about cars. BEST SERVICE EVER! Coming from a GERMAN nightmare! HONDA NEW ROCHELLE, has surpassed my expectations! TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE! You will be treated respectfully, professionaly, and the service is guaranteed to be done right. Mike Vigliotti in particular is someone i consider a friend. He knows his stuff and he is the type of person that will definitely make you feel comfortable by going the extra mile taking his time helping and educating customers about the services they provide. I come from a German night mare dealing with high bills, problematic cars with 1000 sensors that always go wrong and is a relief to know i dont have to deal with that. HONDA's are the way to go! and NEW ROCHELLE TEAM are professional and courteous. From the day i bought my Accord to all the services appointments i have had in the past, i have never been dissapointed. Do yourself a favor and visit them and service your car there not anywhere else. They have a wireless internet hot spot, good fresh coffee so that you can wait while being productive or being entertained. BATHROOMS are spotless!!!!!!!!!!! New EXPRESS SERVICE that opens until late so you can go after your 9-5 job during the week!! They thought of everything!!! GENIUS IDEA!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!! MIKE YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!
