Anthony was superb. He was kind, courteous, friendly and had a positive attitude. Besides all that he was knowledgable. He answered all my questions. At all times remained very professional. He made car shopping a great esperience. He is an asset to your dealership. I would come back again because of him. As a matter of fact he invited me back to stop and see him just to say Hi when I get my car serviced. He exceeded my expectations and can't say enough nice things about him.

I had a very smooth experience working with Rish and Honda of New Rochelle. I bought a used Honda Civic 2009. The car runs well and I got a better price than i found at any other local dealership.

New Rochelle honda was my 4th and final stop when i was...

New Rochelle honda was my 4th and final stop when i was car shopping . I was able to finalize a deal here in under an hour. Rish Palad was the salesman i worked with . Rish was easy to work with . He helped me find the car i wanted quickly and settling on a price for the car that worked for the both of us was pretty easy as well. He's a very friendly person. His knowledge of the subject is impressive which helps in understanding what i was going in for. He was straight forward in his approach and delivered what he said he would. I'd definitely recommend New Rochelle Honda and Rish Palad for any used car purchase.

I went into New Rochelle Honda because I wanted to buy a...

I went into New Rochelle Honda because I wanted to buy a Odyssey, I was worried about price and selection. Nick helped me get the Odyssey I wanted at the price I wanted. He didnt try like other car dealers to show me something I didnt want or couldnt afford. He was very friendly and his knowledge of the Odyssey was great, I previously owned a 2002 Odyssey and he showed me all the great improvements made on the 2008 model. Steve K. From financing was able to get me approved quickly so I could drive out my vehicle. The selections of vehicles at this dealer was great I walked away knowing the that I will probably be back on my next purchase.

I was driving my car when suddenly a wrench appeared on my dash. I then called the Honda express service center and spoke to Ivan Tellez and he told me its time for an oil change. I arrive there with my wife and once i walked in Ivan remembered my name from me being there previously and told me to have a seat and watch some TV. He also offered me and my wife coffee while we waited for someone to finish my oil change. I appreciated that Ivan was so generous and helpful . He kept leaving the waiting area to check the status of my car and kept me updated. Ivan is a very good hard working young man and all his good work should be appreciated. I can see Mr. Ivan Tellerz becoming the CEO or even the manager one day. Thanks alot Ivan and Honda Of New Rochelle. You ROCK -Ronald Montague

I am giving Honda of New Rochelle a great rating because...

I am giving Honda of New Rochelle a great rating because of the friendliness of the staff who helped me and the ease of leasing a new car for my son. We have visited many dealers shopping for a car and had the best experience at Honda of New Rochelle. Our salesman was Ed Bostonian who was polite and informative and never pushy. We were attended to immediately upon entering the showroom by a very friendly person at the front desk and we waited less than one minute before our salesman came to get us. I told Ed what we were looking for and he described our options in a clear manner, and never once tried to talk to us about a higher-priced option or vehicle. We had a deal made within 30 minutes. The person who helped me in the financing department clearly explained my lease and payment options so there was no confusion or surprises at lease end. When we came back two days later to sign the paperwork and pick up the car, we had absolutely no waiting time and the car was detailed and ready with a full tank of gas. Ed took the time to sit in the car with my son and explain how all of the car's features worked. We are extremely happy with the car, and the dealer! I will definately be going back to this dealer for my next car!

Very friendly and attentive to detail. The waiting area was clean and well lit and offered a beverage and a snack. I am looking forward to the computer system being set up to browse the new models on my next visit for service.

I recently had a need, due to an accident, to get a replacement minivan and I had a short turnaround time. I did some research and went to Honda of New Rochelle. My salesman, Nick Minervino went out of his way to work with me so I could meet my needs. He had what I was looking for, at a price I could afford. Nick was courteous and friendly. I did not feel pressured into making a decision and he attended to our needs. I got a great deal on the car I purchased, and I felt the dealership was well run and clean. Nick was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend Nick and Honda to New Rochelle to anyone I know looking for a car.
