My wife and I went up to Honda of New Rochelle to purchase a certified used car. We ended up purchasing a 2009 Honda Civic from them and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The staff are all first rate especially our salesman 'Iron' Mike! They answered all our questions, took care of all the work we couldn't in record time and most importantly put absolutely no pressure on us whatsoever. As for the price of the car, that was an absolute home run! We have and will continue to recommend Honda of New Rochelle to anyone who asks us about a good place to buy a car!

My husband and I went to Honda looking for a new FIT after driving my CR-V for the past 11 years. We were referred to Clariza. She immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. We discussed our needs and she was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. However, a new FIT wasn't going to be available for a few weeks. She then took us to the used car lot to test-drive a used FIT. She went into get the dealer plates and came back out with an excited grin. She led us back into the building and there was a certified pre-owned 2011 FIT with only 5,000 miles! The price and the car was right!! We purchased the pre-owned FIT and I am thrilled!! Ricky clearly understood what our wants were in finding a certified used car and did an amazing job from start to finish in providing us with all the needed information to help in our final decision. We had great communication both at the dealership and outside the dealership in connection about the vehicle with Ricky. I also received a phone call a couple of days after picking up our vehicle from Ricky. He was checking to make sure everything was alright and if I had any questions. He also let me know if we needed anything in the future to make sure we contacted him for his help. Ricky made our whole process very smooth. I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. They had the biggest selection and worked with me with the price. After I took delivery I actually had a squeeking noise with the brakes, told them, and they fixed it immediately. I appreciate the way the handled me after the purchase had been made. Compared to other dealerships in Westchester County, Honda of New Rochelle was the best at answering our questions in a timely manner. We were comparing many new sedans across makes and models and needed to make a decision quickly. After finally deciding on a Honda Accord, we ultimately proceeded with Honda of New Rochelle because they beat their competition on both price and availability. Ask for Areeb. He would respond to my emails/phone calls almost immediately. Meanwhile I'd be waiting for almost a full day before getting answers from other Honda dealerships in the area. We had a very pleasant experience working with Areeb and would recommend Honda of New Rochelle for anyone in the market for a new car.

I usually would need to shop around store to store but after meeting with Nick and Rish my confidence in purchasing this car was through the roof. I have used Honda of New Rochelle to service our car for over ten years. We have continued using and recommending Honda service because of the care and helpfulness the staff there displays. Recently, I was in on a Saturday for a check engine alarm. The waiting room was crowded and noisy and the service staff opened up the showroom a little early so I might set up my computer and do some work. It is precisely this attention to detail and service that makes me keep coming back.
