Ed Bostonian did an outstanding job in delivering the Honda Pilot we were interested in at a price that no other dealer could even touch. I like to shop locally and Honda of New Rochelle was a very local experience with a local guy, Chris, as one of the salespeople. I traded in my CRV for a Civic with great gas mileage. Chris was friendly, helpful, and he knows his stuff. Really nice customer service and great product. This is my third Honda from Honda of New Rochelle and I definitely recommend the dealership and Chris.

This was the 4th car that I leased from Honda of New Rochelle. They've always treated me fairly and honestly, and they have a terrific service orientation. I remain loyal because they make the process accommodating. Jamie and Areeb make a good team. Jamie takes accountability for my satisfaction, and Areeb is diligent about responding to questions, gettting through the paperwork, and even dealing with me after I've driven the car off the lot. I will continue to shop at Honda of New Rochelle because I like the way they operate their business and treat their customers.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. they honored everything they said and came through with a good interest rate. they gave me a free navigation and roadside assistance plan with my car. also got the free maintenance plan which was cool because who wants to pay for oil changes. overall a very good experience. I will send my friends here.

We live in NJ but chose to get our car from New Rochelle Honda because they were the only local dealership that was able to quickly find us a new CRV in the exact model/color that we wanted. They matched the price we were looking for. Ed was very professional and helpful. He seemed very experienced and handled the transaction efficiently and pleasantly from beginning to end. He gave us a thorough run through with the car before we signed all of the paperwork. He explained everything and we felt he was trustworthy.

My experience with New Rochelle Honda couldn't be more perfect, considering that this was my first car purchase. Clariza Valerio is very patient, and knowledgable. She made sure to properly answer any questions, or concerns I had. Not for a split moment did I feel preassured or rushed to make a purchase. Four hours ago I purchased a Honda Accord EX-L 4dr. This is my third Honda purchase in the last twenty-two years. Please understand that I despise buying a new vehicle. On Wednesday July 13th I walked into New Rochelle Honda with a good amount of trepidation. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and was introduced to Tinu Thomas. When Tinu said that my vehicle was indeed in stock I asked if I could see it. To my suprise he said yes. We jumped in a demo Honda and he took me to the new car storage facility. He showed me the Accord and assured me that if I left a deposit the vehicle would belong to me and would not be sold to someone else. Tinu Thomas is professional, courteous, personable, honest, and down to earth. At no time whatsoever did I feel any kind of "sales pressure". When we got back to the dealership the fun just beginning. New Rochelle Honda honored the price they had quoted me over the internet over a month before. There was NO DEALER PREP FEE. There was NO ADMINISTRATIVE FEE tacked on by the business manager at the last minute. What they tell you is what you get. When one is in the market for a new Honda it's important to shop around but remember to make your last stop New Rochelle Honda.
