I recently purchased a car entirely online from this dealership, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. From start to finish, it was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable...something I never expected when buying a vehicle sight-unseen over the internet. Amir was hands-down the most cordial and professional salesperson I've ever dealt with. His communication skills are truly remarkable. In a world where most dealerships take forever to respond and leave you deciphering vague, mumbled explanations, Amir stood out immediately. He is incredibly articulate, clear, and easy to understand...every single word and detail came through perfectly. I could tell right away that he’s a sharp, highly knowledgeable professional who actually knows the cars inside and out. I asked him very specific, technical questions about the vehicle, and he provided thorough, honest answers without any hesitation or sales pressure. He was upfront about the cosmetic condition and repeatedly encouraged me to review the detailed photos carefully, which I appreciated. That level of transparency built complete trust. When the car arrived, it was exactly as described...no surprises, no disappointments, and no hidden issues whatsoever. It matched the pictures and his description perfectly. The shipping was also impressively quick, which made the whole remote-buying experience even better. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever set foot in a traditional dealership again. This is now my go-to dealership for any future purchases. I’ve already recommended them to my son, who is currently in the market for his next car, and I have zero doubt he’ll have the same outstanding experience. If you're considering buying online, look no further. Do yourself a favor and ask for Amir...you’ll be glad you did. This dealership has earned a customer for life! Highly, highly recommended.

I would like to thank Admir and his friends for the great deal I got on my Infiniti M35. It looks and drives like a new car. Runs strong, better than Hoped for. Take a good look at his inventory and buy wisely .

I totally agree with negative post on July 25, 2025! I was assured by Aamir I would be in "Good Hands" with Monaco. I totally get that I would pay $10-20K more than the going rate for the low mileage of this 2013 Chevy Avalanche LTZ (to replace my 2008 LS).. BUT, dammit,...I should get a vehicle that was safe to drive for this 80 year old widow! It was not. How about me having to hold the broken driver side rear view mirror in place with my arm out the window to be able to safely see! (ZERO signs of damage from shipping). The dealer price for a replacement mirror to match this Black Diamond was over $900plus labor). And it could be easily noticed and reported to me that the well worn tires were over 10 years old. So, I had to first put $2500 more to even drive it safely. And the list goes on for other repairs. Just like the other post, I was assured that I would get exactly what was represented in the listing. So how would I know that the driver side electric seat adjustment was out? ($1200 part plus labor). First I would say Buyer Beware if you buy over the internet from this dealer. Second, see the vehicle in person if you can. I would have turned this Avalanche down if I did. Now I am stuck with it and at my age, I thought this would be my last vehicle purchase.

I had an extremely disappointing and deceptive experience with Monaco Motor Group in New Port Richey, FL. On April 4, 2025, I purchased a 2007 Lexus GX470 for over $15,000 after discussing its condition with Aamir, the representative. The online photos made the vehicle appear to be in very good condition. When I specifically requested undercarriage photos, he sent dark, grainy images that made it impossible to see details. When I called to clarify, Aamir assured me there was only minor surface rust and undercoating, nothing structural. Based on his repeated assurances, I went forward with the purchase. Their website claims vehicles ship within 7–10 days, but mine did not arrive until 30 days later, which I suspect may have been intentional to avoid an eBay Motors 30 day guarantee. When it finally showed up, it had severe frame rust and structural damage—far beyond what was disclosed. The rust was obvious and should have been clearly communicated, yet it was deliberately minimized. Two local mechanics, after inspecting the Lexus, advised against even driving the vehicle. I spent over $15,000 on a vehicle that is NOT safe to drive and essentially worthless, as I will never be able to resell it in this condition. This was a blatant misrepresentation of the vehicle’s true condition. To make matters worse, once they have your money, all communication stops. I later read another review that said “Aamir is your best friend until he gets your payment. After that, he disappears.” Unfortunately, that was exactly my experience—they completely ignored me once the deal was done. This experience was dishonest, unethical, and misleading. I strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from Monaco Motor Group. Be extremely careful and do your own thorough inspection—do NOT rely on their photos, promises, or shipping claims.

Aamir was both professional and friendly. The deal was even better than expected. Their inventory of upscale vehicles and the condition of the vehicles are exceptional.

They are asking 3 times what the vehicle is worth. Do your homework people. Total disgrace to the automobile sales industry.
