We had such a great experience buying our 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from HD Auto Sales! Bolivar was wonderful to work with and really went above and beyond for us. What impressed me the most was what happened after we bought the van. When we discovered there was a problem with the transmission, Bolivar didn’t just tell us we were on our own. He stood behind the vehicle and made sure it was taken care of. They replaced the transmission with one that had under 100,000 miles and also provided a 6-month/6,000-mile powertrain warranty with up to $5,000 in coverage. They also included four brand-new tires and installation with our purchase. Anyone can be friendly when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle, but I think you really find out what kind of business you’re dealing with when a problem comes up afterward. The way Bolivar handled everything really meant a lot to us. He communicated with us, worked with us, and followed through on what he said he would do. We paid $8,000 for our Grand Caravan, and considering everything they did for us, I feel like we got an amazing deal. Our van has been a great fit for our family, and I’m very thankful we found HD Auto Sales. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Bolivar and HD Auto Sales and recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle in Wichita. Thank you for taking care of us! ❤️

Excellent Customer Service, great experience, and went beyond our expectations. Drove down from KC to purchase our dream car, Mercedes-Benz SLK350 convertible manual. Bolivar made sure sure everything was in working order before we purchase the vehicle. He give us a detail descriptions of the vehicle and send us video and pictures of the car before we made the decision to buy. The buying process was extremely easy and quick.
