Horrible work
Used them for every oil change when I decided to do it myself I found the drain plug was cross threaded and the air filter had not been replaced like I requested

Avoid
Just a friendly service announcement. I’d highly advise against buying a vehicle from Young Ford Ogden. We purchased a new truck last fall with warranty and everything. We should have known from the start is was bad idea as our salesmen swiped on tinder making comments such as “nope she’s fat” or “yep I’d hit that” this was accompanied by some extremely racist jokes that were unprovoked on our end. Back to the truck it has been in the shop 5 times since we purchased with a lead time of 2-4 weeks each time. Totaling 3 months since last October. I wouldn’t have even cared if they just had a loaner vehicle each time, but they didn’t. So we would be out a vehicle each time and end up shuttling for work schedules etc. I approached Young about doing something to make this right and they made us an offer of 20k less than what we bought it for. I understand markets fluctuate, but we put 10k miles on it is all. But don’t worry they offered a gift card to our “favorite Ogden restaurant” to make amends. Salesmen ended up extremely salty after we stated that wasn’t enough. It ended up falling right under what the lemon law would accept. Let our mistake save you thousands and hopefully give you a better car shopping experience.

Stay far away!!!
Took my new 2021 expedition in for an oil change at 12k miles as per the manufacturer recommended. They changed my oil then also did an inspection, they stated my rear pinion seal was leaking. So I scheduled to get it fixed, I took it in to get the repairs done…. We’ll they called me to let me know they mixed up my brand new car with a older car..?? So they said I could come pick my vehicle up. I do not trust these guys as far as I could throw them! They also don’t know about warranty issues, so don’t buy their warranty either! Oh and I refilled my windshield washer fluid and noticed they kept my engine cover!! What a joke of a service department!!!! To make it better they gave me a free oil change for my brand new vehicle that came with oil changed for free for 2 years…🤦♂️ Definitely feel lots better!! 🙄 thanks for the F U young ford service department of ogden!!

Service after sale sucks
The only reason I didn’t give these guys a one star was because of the salesman (Trevor). He did a great job with no real sales pressure. However the after sales service flat out sucks. The truck I bought had a cracked windshield which they promised to fix, but here I am 6 weeks after the sale and with only a brief messaging from the service department and zero follow up. They have not only failed to call me back with the date and time for someone to fix the windshield but have also failed to respond to any inquiries on my part.

After the sale service is awful
Wish I never bought my new Explorer from Young. Paid for the diamond package and had to take it back 3 times for the undercoating and it's still not right. The sales, service, and parts department do not have a clue what the other department is doing. They ordered a part in for the rear A/C control and told me it would be installed during my 1st oil change. The part was never ordered so I had to bring it back when the part arrived. Just took it in for the second oil change. Appointment was at 9:30a they didn't get our car back until 11:10am. There "great" service stops after you sign the papers on your new car. They have out grown themselves. Save your self the pain and suffering buy your new or used car somewhere else!

Great Dealership, Great Sales Team!!
We are not usually the type of people to leave a review for car a car salesman but we have been looking for a new vehicle for a couple months and with the market availability it has been tough to find the right vehicle. We have visited many dealerships and left our name and number and an idea of what we were looking for. Had many calls what were misleading attempting to get us on their lot. One dealership, and one salesperson stuck out above the rest. Jeremy at Young Ford contacted us only when what we may like was available. We stopped by a couple times to look at what he had found that matched our needs. Jeremy was very friendly, looked hard to fulfill our needs, and was very knowledgeable about what he showed us. He was able to answer every question we had with confidence, which shows his love of selling what a person wants, not just another car. I would highly recommend Young Ford and Jeremy if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. The entire staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Jeremy deserves 6 stars out of 5 for his hard work, knowledge of finding what we want, and most of all his friendliness towards us. We left with a 2022 F150 Tremor and smiles on our faces knowing we would be back next time. We feel very comfortable knowing Jeremy and his team will keep us happy for many years to come!!

They will politely lie, abuse and deceive you!
I brought my truck in to have door locks fixed with an appointment I had made 30 days prior. (Soonest available) I even confirmed the appointment a few days before. They had the truck for 8 days with a variety of reasons why the delay. I was renting a car out of pocket this whole time. I was told conflicting stories with every conversation. I was told the truck was ready after 8 days. When I got there the door locks had not been fixed and the door ajar (warning, automatic running boards won't deploy or doom lights) was no longer working. I was told I could bring it back in another month. I wasn't charged anything. I left frustrated. Later that day the manager spoke with me and told me to bring it back as soon as possible, that they'd fix the locks and that he knew they just hadn't sealed the door properly and they would make it right. While there I had 2 things I asked them to check: 1st “Just take a look at issue”, I had also asked them to look at the rear window defrost as it wasn't working. They told me that in order to fix it they'd have to replace to glass. No issues with that as I hoped I could repair the connector myself, but the entire cord was missing! Completely disconnected from the glass and electrical plug?! I asked about this and they said it wasn't their issue. It was fully present and connected when I dropped it off. 2nd “Just take a look at issue”, If I ever tried my ACC it was sending an error message and the told me they couldn't get the error message when driving it. When I challenged that, they said they couldn't check it with any weather outside of sunny. Oh, well. I wasn't charged anything. While in for the second time I was called and told I needed to pay parts ($260) and labor for a broken door ajar switch. xxx?! They had already admitted they had created the issue. I said I wasn't paying the same place that broke the switch to fix it. I calmly told them I'm glad to pay someone else. The manager called me again and asked my to let them do it and that he'd keep his word that they'd fix it, because, "We broke it." I agreed. As for the ACC, the weather was good but they told me that my bumper had a bracket and sensor installed incorrectly by another shop. They told me that the had cut my grill and bodywork (completely false) to put it on and it was zip tied together. I absolutely knew this to be untrue because I've seen every nut and bolt on that job. After having my truck back into service for two days at 5:30 they told me it was ready (other than the ACC or defrost cord that had vanished) but that I needed to be there by 6 or I would have to wait until the next day; completely understandable. At 5:40 I was called and asked if I was coming because they close at 6. I had just told the same person I was coming minutes before. I got there at 5:50 and it wasn't even ready until 6:45. I had missed a dinner party at this point waiting for my vehicle that was supposedly ready an hour prior. By the time they drove my truck around I was worked up and demanded to see the zip tied sensor and bracket. Of course I had the manager caught in an untruth. I told him he lied and he huffed away while I made an unfortunate comment. *These are the points of this saga. The details are many and add significantly to why the one star
