Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid this dealership at all costs. The finance team, especially HAL SMITH while initially appearing to have your best interests at heart, will not only mislead you about key details but also make unauthorized changes, such as switching lenders without any prior notification. When attempts are made to address these discrepancies, their response was dismiss, gaslight and deny any wrongdoing. Based on these practices, I strongly advice against doing business with this establishment.
