My experience with Jim Norton was wonderful.

My experience with Jim Norton was wonderful. Lloydetta stayed in contact with me for over a month while I was looking for a new car and finally they got the one in I wanted. The process couldn’t have been more smooth and simple! She was so sweet and helped me through the process and Matthew in finance was amazing. This was by far the quickest experience in purchasing a car I’ve had at any dealership. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all your help!

Horrible Dealership

On September 26th went to T-Town to purchase a Chevy that was in transit. Had a pre-qualification. After haggling over the dealer add-ons they came off 700.00. Salesman brought a payment selection sheet out, circled the one I wanted. He disappeared. I had been approved 2 other dearerships with zero down. Salesman finally came back and said I needed 700.00 down. That's funny cause it's the same amount they discounted the dealer add-ons. Salesman went somewhere for ever. Finally I saw him and asked what's taking so long. Oh. Just give me a few more minutes. I finally had enough waiting so I left. Found out Finance I assume had run my credit with a bunch of creditors, so now I have a bunch of hard inquiries on my credit reports which stay on your credit reports for 2 years. Did not approve them to run my credit except with the pre-qualification. Seeking legal advice.
