Everyone was very friendly and took the time to make sure the process moved along as quickly as possible. My only disappointment with the deal was that we negotiated having any running board of my choosing added to the truck (including a power running board). It wasn’t until I called to schedule an appointment that the service person (Winona) told me they could not install a power running board and I would have to select another fixed style. We were pretty disappointed to learn this after the fact.
